As Rini neared, her pace slowed at the sound of Saotome discussing the possibility of teaching her teammate how to summon . . . one of his dragons? She successfully kept the frown off her face. She was not jealous. No. She had Aki, and that was wonderful enough. She glanced up and around for the golden eagle, quickly locating him perched on the roof of the dojo. After a moment of thought, she turned to Saotome and asked, "Sorry to interrupt, sensei, but would you know where I might be able to get one of those thick falconry gloves? It might come in handy when handling Aki." She motioned to the eagle in question, who was currently eying the coy fish in Saotome's pond.

"Alrighty Neo, here we go. But First."Saotome reached into his back pocket and pulled out a Hidden Mist Headband."Congrats son, your offically a Genin."He wanted to boost up his son, since he had mastered the three basics.

"Now i want you learn this!" He pulled out a scroll.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into the water below the user. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.

Neo screamed "Oh yeah! I'm a genin!" He put his headband around his waist like a belt, and he sat down as he took the scroll. He lifted his hand up, while looking by the right side of the scroll, and saluting "Hi Rini!" he said happily and enthusiastically.

He continued reading the scroll, and studying the hand sign and the chakra control carefully. He thought it would be more difficult to understand, but after he learned Water Manipulation jutsu, this seemed much easier, as his new father told him.

He stood up, and Sammy jumped off of Neo. Neo gave it a first try and failed with only part of his legs turning into a puddle. He tried again. This time he concentrated more of his chakra into his body, while making the hand sign, and he did it.

Neo cheered "Alright! Let me keep practicing to get a hang of it." So Neo kept on practicing as Sammy watched Neo, trying to learn from what he's doing. Little by little Neo was improving this technique, and he planned on mastering this technique, so he wouldn't need to do the hand sign. So he kept on and on for a little bit. He wasn't planning on stopping until Saotome said to stop.

"There are more things that i must explain to you. First, i understand you want to master as many water techniques as you can. But i also have to say this, you cannot learn to master water jutsu without using handsigns. I say this because i am part of the Akkimuzi Clan. They are the ones that gave me the ability to perform water jutsu with no handsigns and learn water jutsu faster than the average shinonbi."He really didnt want to spoil everything, but he had to do this in order to achive what he wanted to teach his son.

Rini made a half-choking sound of surprise at Saotome's congratulations to her teammate. "Wh-wha--? S-son?!" She looked between them, stunned and momentarily speechless. "I didn't know you had a son, Hya-sensei!" In her shocked state, Rini reverted back to the first name by which she had known Saotome. Her eyes darted from him to the boy -- Neo -- several more times before she regained her bearings, flushing in embarrassment at her sudden outburst.

"Oh, right. Of course." She sighed and looked away, mumbling to herself, "None of my business, anyway." After drawing a deep breath, she looked back at Saotome and smiled. "Well, I'm happy for both of you. I'm sure you'll be a great dad, sensei."

Neo sighed and said "Awwwww... I thought if I learned them well, I wouldn't need a hand sign. I'll still kepp doing my best mastering these techniques." So he kept on practicing the Water Manipulation jutsu, the Mirror jutsu, and this new jutsu. Trying to improve them little by little.

Then Neo stopped practicing for a bit, just to walk up to Rini, and say "Hello, I'm Neo Satoshi Raiken. I'm sorry we haven't properly introduced. I've been very concentrated in learning these new jutsus."

Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

A giant scythe came swirling through the air right passed everyone plunging deep into the wall.Right behind the scythe Tenkai walked in a grin across his face."So Saotome may I have a word with you."Tenkai slowly pulled the scythe from the wall as he spun it in his right hand and placed it back across his back his right hand firmly rested on the staff part.((Can't remember the name atm))

Sonic came rushing in seeing Tenkai and everyone all together.He stood there watching."Hello brother.Long time no see.How long has it been since the last time I saw you."

Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation)
Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.

Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)
Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.

Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge)
Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.

Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion)
Requirements: Kaze Bunshin
Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if

Neo took the scroll and sat down. He opened his eyes wide, and thought to himself Gahh! Making little water clones of shurikens kinda... hmmm... he kept on thinking as he looked at the scroll completely, for a little while.

He stood up, and aimed at a tree, while taking out a shuriken from his left lower pocket. He concentrated the chakra on the water on the ground and the shuriken, so the water would follow up the shuriken.

He tried a first time, and failed. Then he tried a second time and failed. The third time he managed to get one water shuriken to hit the tree. He kept on practicing this technique, and little by little getting more shurikens to the tree, until he reached hitting 10 water shurikens. He took a deep breath, after so many failures in a while, and he needed to polish this technique through more training.
