Diz grew bored waiting upon the fallen tree and made his way through the thick trees and undergrowth following the panther's trail. He knew he would be able to atleast be of some use should he need to step in but as far as he had seen, S'rasha could probably handle the situation. He continued t only watch as he knew the panther would probably be offended by his intrusion.

He smiled sensing the panther close to the girl and nodded towards one of the wizards in the tent. The wizard would stand leaving the tent and looking to the creature and seeing the girl's panic at them getting busted. He tossed a stone quickly at the panther and a light consumed it. He would watch as the light would fade and only the stone would remain where the panther once was. He walked over picking up the stone and handing it to the girl knowing she wouldn't know how to break the spell on it. "Your friend, will not survive should this stone break. For now, he will no longer bother us. Good luck finding out how to break the spell on him." He then turned looking over the area ignoring her.
She watched calling out as the spell was cast and started crying as the wizard handed her the stone. She was powerless to stop it, and now he could be trapped forever. "He wasn't after you. He was helping our people!" She watched as he shrugged moving back to the tent leaving her with the stone holding her friend. She held it close wishing there was something she could do. "I'm sorry, S'rasha."

Halek-Jeun hunched over to where he had one hand on the ground, growling as he glowered at the Techie army as he listened to the footsteps of the citizens fleeing behind him. He would wait until they were out of range or if a soldier fired at him to attack. For now though, silence swept through the city square, until moments later, a soldier raised his gun and aimed at the demon wolf. Right as he pulled the trigger, Halek-Jeun had launched himself from his spot, plowing through the frontlines, slashing through flesh, bone, and occasionally metal as he thrashed wildly. His form had slightly weakened his barrier though, but he kept it up; it would buy him time when he had to escape. As soon as he sensed that there were no more civilians, he suddenly turned his head upward and let out a ground-shaking howl, his barrier suddenly shattering into pieces and flying outward into the masses of foot-soldiers before he vanished from where he stood.

Mika-Chuin remained silent as she allowed herself to be magically transported out of Urgalis with the woman she now knew as Inola. As they reached their destination, she immediately heard various voices in the back of her mind as her sandaled feet connected with the earth, undoubtedly from the life around them. It was familiar to her from her childhood, growing up with the pack; she had been the one of the six siblings with the close connection to nature and deep fascination with it. Her ears pivoted around as she raised her gaze to the canopy, where she could see the sky through the branches. There was no trace of another one of the floating cities though, let alone the one they had just left her brother on. She maintained her calm composure though, looking back to Inola as she began to walk behind her, her tail flicking in uncertainty.

*Inola would continue walking noting the others silence unsure if she should try to start a conversation. She looked about the woods around her hearing what sounded like voices in one direction though it was very low. She started heading in that direction wondering if it would lead to a village or not.* I hear voices, perhaps they can tell us where exactly we are. I've never really known my spell to take us to far from a leaving point, but with the way our side of the world has been, one never knows what the magic will do.

Diz watched the light fade and the panther disappear, he wasn't sure what had just hapened but it was definitly apparent that he would need to step in if the villagers had any chance of escape. He moved in closer to the camp just enough to be able to assess the situation better. The wizards seemed to all be situated in a single tent while the villagers were locked in cages staggered about the camp, he could see the amount of guards wandering about keeping an eye on the villagers from time to time. He stayed in the trees keeping himself as well concealed as he possibly could as he scanned the cages looking for the girl who he had met shortly before the abduction took place.

Rayna held the stone close as she cried. She felt like bad luck for the panther, or for anyone else the wizard saw associated with her. She put S'rasha's stone in a pocket close to her heart and looked around at the camp. Without magic like the wizards or her aunts she was powerless to do anything. She looked at the stone embedded in her chest and tried once more to remove it, though the same, she felt the wave of pain from trying to get it, and it still didn't budge.

Diz could see the girl as she tried to tug at something on her chest and failing. He took a deep breath and sighed as he continued to watch the camp for a few more minutes as he decided on what action he would take. The vision of S'rasha being consumed by the light of the stone sprung into his head and he figured if the girl knew he was here it could be bad, for them both. He silently crept from the tree he had been sat in and circled the camp as he drew the hunting knife from the back of his belt, the blade was made of a special black steel which had no shimmer if light fell upon it. He made it to the first cage unseen by the villagers and the guards as he began examining the materials they had been made from.

(the main cages are simple wood/ bamboo style cages- Ray's is made into the ground of stone)
Rayna heard a low commotion and turned seeing the other helping the people. She smile but kept quiet watching. She wondered if there was a way she could help but knew there was little she could do. She watched holding her mouth to keep from making a sound. 'Maybe if I make just a little distraction to make them look at me instead of him'. she thought to herself. She looked to the lock and started kicking at the rock cage. She took note of others looking at her and not the cages.

The girl had begun to make a racket, kicking her own cage and drawing off the attention of the guards. Diz took the oppertunaty to make the jail break as quickly as possible knowing the girl wouldn't hold the guards attention for long. He was quick and precise as he cut the bounding ropes of the cages and silently ushered the villagers out as he went from cage to cage. The villagers took the help unquestioningly and followed his instructions to leave via the way he had come from. The last cage now stood empty and Diz found himself stood by it looking towards the stone cage built into the floor. He had to leave now and quickly but his feet wouldn't move as he continued to look on, finally he forced himself back into the trees and out of sight only stopping once to look back to the stone cage with a slight sense of guilt in his gut before disappearing.

He heard the racket outside and sighed feeling the movements in the chain holding the girl. He rolled his eyes motioning the others to stay as he went outside looking to her. "Really little one. You won't break that cage." He viewed the camp and the little guards they had. After a moment his annoyance grew to anger. "You morons! Where are the villagers?!" He yelled as they looked around. He scowled using his magic to swallow two of them beneath the ground. "Useless!"
Rayna smiled at his anger seeing the other had gotten her people free. She stopped kicking the cage to kneel by it and watch feeling bad for the two that were killed.
He turned looking to the smile on the girl. He pulled the chain forcing her forward into the cage wall. "As for you little Ray. This is nothing, we will have those people for the calling soon enough." He smiled looking to her pulling a knife from his pocket and cutting his arm knowing it would hurt her rather then himself. "Let these wounds serve as a lesson not to disobey me again. As for the rest of you, get those people back!" With that he would turn and go back within the tent.
She hit the stone with a force as he had tugged her chain, then held her arm as it was cut in his stead. She cursed him in her mind and sat as far back in the cage as she could. She didn't agree with her fate but knew there was no way to stop it now. "At least, at least the villagers are free." She mumbled to herself.

Halek-Jeun reappeared on the ground, miles away from the destruction in the skies. He felt something thick and wet dripping through the fur on his shoulder, though didn't quite feel any pain from it yet. A bullet must've hit him just as he vanished from the fight. His magic was just about shot from keeping that barrier up and shattering it to pieces, so he had to wait until it was replenished. Unfortunately, that would take a few hours or more, which meant he wouldn't be able to heal himself for a while, so he decided not to take his humanoid form until then, concerned about what would happen if he shifted back with such an injury. Looking around, his ears turning back as he did so, he sniffed at the air, mostly to figure out if there were any other people around. Anyone, in general. Some scents, among which was of his own blood, were very faint, but they were still there. That was enough of a lead for him.
Despite being able to stand upright as a demon wolf, he had to lower himself to all fours to walk, first testing to see if he could put weight on his right arm. It shook slightly and pain suddenly shot through the limb, almost making him fall forward. Oh yeah. That bullet definitely hit at bone in there. He could tolerate the pain from it once it let up for that moment, but just had to not use that arm too much. Limping as he went, he set off in search of numbers to stay with until he recovered.

Mika-Chuin stayed at Inola's side, having to take almost twice as many steps as she did just to keep up. Her ears were both turned forward when the fire witch mentioned voices. Subconsciously, the trees seemed to take some of her sight from her body, projecting it far ahead so that she could see what they "saw," one of her bright red eyes casting an almost eerie glow. Half of her vision passed between at least maybe forty or fifty trees before bringing her sight to a.... camp? Why would a camp have cages? They were all big enough to hold dozens of people; what the hell was this? She tensed as she walked along, her jaw clenched as she felt her anger starting to rise, resisting the urge to growl. She hated cages. She hated anything to do with imprisonment.
(( My sister's gonna take over Mika's character soon. Waiting on her. ^>.>^ ))

*Inola would continue walking towards the sounds she had heard. She thought she felt the ground shift slightly but couldn't be sure. Something felt off as they would soon near the camp and stay low. The scene before them one all to familiar with her. She motioned Mika to stay hidden with the bushes as she watched the wizard's interaction with the men and a girl in a stone cage. She turned to look at Mika a moment unsure they should try and help, or if she knew what was going on.* Mika, it's a calling. I'm not sure we can help this girl.. *She whispered softly. She looked around more seeing rustling at the far side of the cam and knew there may be another hiding out.*

Diz seemed to almost fade into the shadows of the trees, giving him perfect cover for atleast a few minutes. He could see the guards preparing to hunt down the escaped prisoners and decided he would attempt to take them down before they got a single one back, one at a time. He pulled out the hand held computer from his pocket once more and removed the fake portion of skin from his arm so that he could hook it up to himself. The small computer which was now hooked up to Diz' arm was making the adjustments that he wanted, his motion sensors shut down as his vision changed to infra-red allowing him to see the guard's heat signatures. The process had taken no more then two minutes and the guards were already on the move, he quickly disconnected himself from the computer and stuffed it into his pocket once more then replaced the skin over his cybernetic arm. Diz had noticed for a moment before his motion sensors shut down something, or more to the point two somethings, had stopped at the tree line on the other side of the camp. He shunted the thought from his mind as he began to stalk the guards that were persuing the villagers, sticking to the shadows and waiting for the perfect time to strike.

Rayna watched as the guards disappeared into the woods knowing her people could scatter and hide as long as needed. She held her arm still, though the pain from the cut more a sting instead of what it had been earlier. She tried to pull the stone at her chest again and as before got nothing but her struggle. She kicked the side of her cage in frustration knowing even if she could escape, it would do her no good.
*Inola watched the girl in the cage as the camp seemed to empty out. She would wait seeing the wizard returning to the tent before making up her mind. She turned to Mika giving a weak smile.* Mika, stay here and hidden. I'm going to see if I can help that girl.* Her voice was a soft whisper and she would pause just a moment before making her way to the stone cage. She put a finger to her own lips to show she wanted her quiet before putting her hands on the lock to the cage. She muttered something under her breath and in a small flash, the lock was melted. She opened the door seeing the girl backing away and was puzzled.* I'm going to get you out of here, come on.*
Rayna watched as the blond woman had come out of nowhere and melted the lock holding her cage. She backed away shaking her head wishing she could go with the woman. "I can't. He has a chain on me. I won't get more then a few feet. That and..." She motioned showing her the stone at her chest. If they lady knew what was happening, she would know what it was. "There's a friend of mine helping my people stay free. He's new to this place and may need the help. Despite everything you think, he's a good guy."
*Inola listened to the girl a moment then saw the stone. She felt sad for the girl knowing her fate.* I am sorry little one. If I knew how to break the terms, I would.* She listened to the other part curious for a bit about her friend. She would nod though and make her way back to Mika.* We can't help her yet. I need to go through my books and there's little time. Up for helping to stop a calling gather though?

Diz moved like a flash of light, one second he was there the next he was gone along with his chosen target. He released the man and he slid silently to the ground with blood flowing from his jugular, the black blade which in this darkness was almost invisible to the naked eye seemed as clean as it had when he had first pulled it from it's spot on the back of his waist. That's the third? No, fourth. He thought to himself as he continued hunting. Five guards, two lieutenants and a captain left. Diz wasn't stupid nor was he foolish enough to think they hadn't noticed four guards go missing as he silently waited for the next oppertunaty to strike.
