"To put it in basic terms, we took on the self proclaimed King of Demons and his little minions." Kagu explained.

"Don't ask how we know. It was stupid luck he retreated."

"I see..." Yuki replied. He was starting to think more and more that these were in fact the demons he was sent after. Not that he was going to do anything about even if he could. They let him live after all. "It's a shame that situation was taken care of before I got here. I might've been able to help."  

[Zahzi]

"Nah, you would have been eaten." Jari smirked, looking at Yuki.
"There were LEGIONS of things as big as Yorg!"  

[cptflint]

"Yorg grabbed me from behind and I've fought ogres before," Yuki replied.

"These weren't orges for minions, kid." Kagu added, looking at Yuki dully.

"I want you to think of the grossest thing you've laid your eyes on. Now, try to imagine it big, stupid, murderous, and uglier. Oh, it's arm is made of rock and can punch through armor like it's paper."

Yuki shrugged. "That doesn't sound too bad," he replied. "I've seen and fought some pretty nasty and ugly minions. Seen friends slain by worse."

"These beasts our pretend King can summon by will are the worst."  

[cptflint]

"can they be slain via stabbing and lacerations?" he asked.  

[Zahzi]

"Oh! I know a way to check!" Jari exclaimed.
"Let's take him to the battlefield so he can SEE the corpses..."  

[cptflint]

"Sure... why not..." Yuki replied.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Oh, fine." Kagu scoffed and rolled her eyes like an impatient mother.

"If you really think it would help, I suppose we can go to the battlefield. Need to clean up the bodies anyway for the farmers."  

[cptflint]

"Lead the way," he replied. "I'll help with the clean up."  

[Zahzi]

Jari just stared at Yuki now.
".....Seriously..? You couldn't deal with a few rabbits. You SURE you want to clean up demon carcass..?"

"They're just bodies this time." Kagu rolled her eyes. "Let the child do whatever it is he feels he needs to do, Jari."

Jari rolled his eyes back at her.
"Hardly the person to talk about maturity..."
