Kaisujin shifted his weight as the black haired woman glancing at Haruka and Michiru as she did. Her companion hovered for a few seconds before landing as well.

Connie's eyes widened momentarily. The elder of the two women had visited her mother on New Tamaran when she was growing up. "Troia. Hello."  

[Kaosujin Ryu]

Kaisujin frowned fractionally, wary. Troia smiled. "Hey, Aurora," she said teasingly, referring to the goddess of the dawn, a play on Connie's chosen 'codename'. "Who's your friends? I recognize Cyborg, obviously... but the others I don't, unfortunately," she said. The younger woman snorted. "The kid by Cyborg's side is Karen's kid," she said wryly, referring to Alexis' mother. Kaisujin's eyes narrowed fractionally before he spun, one hand snapping to the side as a barbed black blade on a chain was caught just behind the blade in his hand, the odd vortex of orange-gold energy fading into darkness spiraling silently. "Trust me, Sasori-oniichan, you're gonna have to do better than that," he said quietly, his tone faintly bored. Haruka blinked, cocking her head to the side. Michiru shivered slightly as if sensing the latent malevolence of the nether portal.

Connie, Troia, and Troia's companion were instantly ready for battle. Connie's hands and eyes glowed, Troia slid into a position that would allow her to move easily and quickly, and the younger woman took the golden lasso from her belt and stretched it between her hands.

Kaisujin shifted his weight, yanking back the blade and chain hard. To his surprise and displeasure, an inky clone shot out of the portal, slamming both feet into his chest before hitting the ground and apparently melting into it. It rematerialized into a masked man with dark violet-black skin and black body armor. "Nosait," he growled. This isn't good... if he's here, then it's possible Qanchi is as well, he thought as the portal sealed itself. He cocked his head slightly, noticing the lasso. "If that is meant to cause one's guilt to paralyze or weaken, it will not work against Nosait... he has no guilt about anything... if anything, he takes pleasure in the pain of others," he warned. Nosait threw a hard kick that slammed into the back of his head as two inky duplicates tackled Michiru and Haruka hard to the ground. They were dispelled into dark mist by Cyborg's sonic cannon, though Haruka was slightly slower to get up than Michiru, who looked annoyed.

"Nope," the blonde said, flicking the lasso and wrapping it around Nosait's leg as he brought it back. "That's Diana's lasso." She pulled it tight, and a giant jolt of lightning ran through it.

Kaisujin saw Nosait's eyes tighten as he dropped it to the ground, yanking the lasso's line taut as he drew back a hand. Seems he doesn't like electrical attacks... which I happen to be talented at, he thought as Nosait's wrist flicked, hurling several hira-shuriken (the flat kind, usually referred to as throwing stars) at Troia as a couple of them headed for the taut line of the lasso. "Raiton: Ranseizan," he whispered. Almost the moment he said it, he snapped his wrists, narrow bolts of violet-blue energy arcing from the tips of his fingers and intercepting the shuriken as his other hand formed a claw, the air surrounding him seeming to darken as energy visibly gathered in between his fingers. Michiru covered her ears at the high pitched chirping as the normally bluish white energy turned pitch black, altering the nature of the normal Raikiri attack. "Raihigiri!!" he snarled as he darted forward, vanishing almost immediately before reappearing directly in front of Nosait as his hand slammed hard into the wraith's upper abdomen. The boom caused the wraith to stagger back before the taut lasso line forced his leg upward. Blackish violet blood dripped from the heavily fractured body armor the wraith wore, showing he was clearly injured.

Troia crossed her silver bracelets in front of her, deflecting the throwing stars. Her blonde companion did the same, flicking her lasso off Nosait's leg. Connie curled her hands into fists and aimed a starburst at the wraith.

Kaisujin shifted his weight as Nosait's back handspring helped him to evade the trio of deflected shuriken before he abruptly dissolved into a burst of black mist that faded as the starburst blasted through it. Kaisujin's eyes narrowed before his head snapped around as Nosait reappeared, kneeing Haruka in the back hard as Michiru spat a curse that made his eyebrow rise as her standing hook kick caught Nosait hard enough in the face to send the wraith staggering back as a spurt of violet-black blood sprayed from the slits in his mask. Damn... remind me never to piss her off, he thought. "You'll regret that, girl," Nosait's deep, cold voice spat.

Connie's eyes narrowed as her starburst seemed to miss its mark and aimed another at the wraith.  

[Kaosujin Ryu]

Nosait stumbled back a couple of feet as the starburst hit him high in the abdomen before the girl with the shorter blond hair, Haruka, drove both feet into his abdomen hard in a dropkick before twisting and kicking him again in the face before landing in a crouching position. Kaisujin blurred, vanishing before Nosait's eyes dropped toward the ground for an instant as the wraith caught the high speed motion before Kaisujin's booted heel slammed hard into the wraith's chin and jaw with a crunch of breaking bone.

Connie smiled grimly and sent another starburst at the wraith. She was starting to enjoy this fight, and her appreciation for Kaisujin's friends grew slightly as well.

Nosait grimaced as he vanished in another burst of black mist, evading the starburst a second time. He materialized in midair, hurling a punch at Dawnfire's back, though the blade that slammed into his shoulder caught him off guard. Kaisujin's aura was flickering red and gold as his eyes shifted back to the blank white, the chain extending from just under his wrist the only give away of the technique he was using. "Get the hell over here!!" he snarled as he jerked the chain hard, sending Nosait's punch skidding along Dawnfire's side instead of straight into her back below the shoulder blades as the chain jerked taut. Michiru glanced at Haruka, who grimaced, but nodded. Both of them were instantly engulfted in brilliant auras of pale gold and deep blue respectively before a large ball of golden energy shot at Nosait, who dissolved into black mist to evade the strike. Neptune gasped as Uranus grunted. "Damn... missed," the Senshi of Wind muttered before her eyes widened, seeing her World Shaking blast held in one hand by Kaisujin, whose eyes were glowing a brilliant gold. His hand rose, still holding the large beach ball sized orb of gold energy as deep reddish gold flames ignited, spiraling around the orb wildly.

Connie barely felt the punch graze her side. She whirled, smiling grimly as she saw the wraith being pulled back by the chain. Then her expression grew darker. "What is he doing?" she asked no one in particular.  

[Kaosujin Ryu]

Nosait looked wary as Neptune shook her head. "Your guess is as good as ours; usually the energy dispels if it misses, but my guess would be that he was moving in the opposite direction when Uranus attacked. Though how he managed to catch that attack and what he's doing now... honestly, I don't know," she admitted. She saw the large energy orb shrinking to an orb roughly the size of a basketball and blinked as the orb suddenly absorbed the flames. "Hoshi Senkō Bakuha," (Flare Star Blast) Kaisujin's voice was low as his fingers flexed, the orb firing like a comet at Nosait. It slammed into the wraith before shooting high over the city by several hundred yards and detonating in a flare of golden light. Kaisujin lowered his hand, snorting. "Nosait's lucky... he managed to evade being killed by that," he muttered.
