I'm glad you all had a pleasant Thanksgiving.
We watched Avatar: Way of Water. I felt blown away by the effects.
I'm anticipating a visit from my boyfriend. Bear in mind I hadn't been in an in-person relationship since 2012, and there are things I'm nervous about, but also excited! But I didn't take many breaks this week. I've been drawing nearly every day, hoping to make my comics a printable reality. I really wouldn't be where I am without the support of my family and peers. It's just the first time in my life it feels like this project truly matters to me. Until publication...

Although tbh I had a period of being real unhealthy in my 20s and could argue with the diet changes and exercise I feel better in some aspects.
S'all a spectrum, I try to focus on what can make me as comfortable as I can in the present moment, people always used to tell me to focus on the things you can control and not to wrack yourself over the things you cant, fairly sure that's an alcoholics anonymous saying lmao but it works.

Rooting for you, hope it comes up clear, you're already looking nd actually doing investigative appts too which is always good.
Hear too often about silly men who just ignore things til the big woopsy happens.
Just by monitoring nd testing you are helping prevent that from happening heart

Yeah the topper is a clear coat with lil holographic bits in it of different size, this one is my go to (I found a USA link for it yaaay)
I prefer it to the powder because the big glitters mean it's gonna be textured anyway and it's intentional xp also covers any lil dints, or if you accidentally get bubbles cover it in the topper and the glitter sticks over them nd suddenly they can't be seen anymore.

My day was super busy for a Sunday, had to clean the whole store while also doing a silly amount of sales, ppl really starting to gear up for xmas early this year.
My work week done now though, really looking forward to resting and recharging.
Hoping I can actually tackle some of that lookbook backlog for fun while I'm free now the VPN working well
This evening will either consist of even more New Vegas, or Vampire Survivors with ice cream and enough dr pepper to flood a village.

oh i wanted to catch ya on today but didnt post in time cuz was running buncha mythic raids with bf and guildie in remix tonite. I got animal crossing city folk running better on my dolphin emulator!!

we had it running b4 but the controller set up for xbox controller was hard to navigate since the wiimote was teh dumbest contoller ever lol..

but turns out some lovely angel has made a deluxe patch for it and when you put the files in there bam. it'll run on the wii classic controller. which means u can map it to xbox just fine just no home button. dont need a home button that was just to get back to wii menu anyway. and no lag in the game now. faster text. smoother game play and over 200 characters added in from teh ac unverse. and holidays added in and things tweaked.

im rly happy with it. i walked on my mini treadmill at desk today holding a controller fishing in it. i can use joystick to move now which wasnt happening b4 it was click and pt movement. its rly comfy now! i got a new cozy fix! here's info on the deluxe patch case u ever emulate city folk! i recommend!

Luckily not the drive with my os on it so I've already replaced it, put in an SSD this time for lightning speeds.

Ya I lost a lot of 20s time to the worst hangovers ever too, some so epic they lasted 2 days. Don't tend to drink much now, time is fleeting and I can't afford to write off whole days anymore sweatdrop
Just a whiskey on special occasions now, which I will never run out of because my rents always gift me like 1lt of Johnny Walker whenever they go abroad and hit the duty free xp

Spent a lot fo the day sleeping, working got me only getting 4-5 hours sleep because I INSIST on having some me time in the evenings.
Got a bunch of the xmas shopping done, the places were so busy in person though I noped out and spent a triple digit amount online with next day delivery instead.
Bf been working from home and it's been real nice to have a proper day together because we never have the same days off, he gets weekends I get mon/tues so it's more like "tag ur it" lol

Evening will consist of chicken fried rice, fallout and being doused in perfume to not go anywhere for my own pleasure.

My day off was wandering around busy shops spending hundreds on gifts for people who aren't me, so tragic.
Both my sisters are december babies so double the gifts whee

Literally have maybe 3 quests total left in New Vegas now out of the entire game, might as well make it a completionist run I guess xp
Some point I gotta fire up Portal 2 again tho that's been living rent free in my mind for weeks.

gmornin! mom played hookie on cardio today. she only has the one session left anyway might get it tomorrow. lil chance they might extend it a month if its covered but who knows. if so we'll keep going. if not i get wayyyy more time to chill at home and a much needed rest for mom and i both. but we'll see!

played some ac city folk on the treadmill today. followed up with animal crossing.. the og on gamecube! then got inspired to go check teh money rock and shops on wild world, new leaf and new horizons lol.. im all animal crossed out. havent even checked on normal game chores so that's up next! had to bring in wood and kindlin ahead of a 2 to 4 inch snow coming tonite..

Gonna have to get used to it, today I got up at 5.45 to get in in time to open up and was there til closing at 6pm. Absolutely beat but it is nice helping ppl treat the ones they consider special.
Although encouraging people to be selfish and by things for themself is just as enjoyable xp

Gonna wind down with some old arcived SiriusXM shows nd the last bit of fallout I got left, we never had sirius or any kind of satellite radio in the UK so hearing the worst things imaginable over a broadcast is such a novelty to me, wish I could have experienced it in its hayday whee
