I'm the only baseball fan in the Cult... xp And one of the few sports fans. 8D I would have commented, but the 02 series was bland and boring. Also, I don't live in the west. That said, you are not the only baseball fan in the Cult.
And lemme guess: Twins fan?Ew, that means Orphie's a baseball fan too. =/

And lemme guess: Twins fan?Yeah, but even if the Twins had won a boring series, I'd be able to still revel in the championship. The Twins at least had one of the most exciting Game Sevens ever in 91, though.

Wow...the Angels play the Twins a lot...That's about the usual number of games between us. We take a lot of West Coast road trips. Basically in the 8th, Terry pendleton smashed a double off the baggie in rightfield, but Lonnie Smith only goes to third from first even with a sizeable lead. He had his eyes on the short stop and second, who were mimicking double play perfectly. Froze Smith long enough to keep him from being a threat. Morris retires the side, and the Braves got down two innings later.
