Kai looked hurt. Was it really that bad to worry for her? To want her to be safe?

Rajei looked down at her feet as she walked. "...I'm sorry, sir," she said quietly. She knew she shouldn't have talked to Kai like that, and she felt bad for making him upset.

"It's okay...Where should we head to next?" Kai asked.

"You pick this time," Rajei said. "I picked here." Really, she didn't care where they went.

((I've never had it before, but I'm trying to make it ^_^; ))

(The last time I had it was when I visited St. Pierre almost ten years ago...A French lady had this little bakery in her house. I used to go there every day to get lemon bread. I guess that's the only time I'll set foot on French soil and still be close to home)

Kai didn't really care either. Soon they were out of the town. He knew he would never want to go near Deralo, so that's out of the question. He stopped to ponder.

Rajei looked around as she thought, and kept walking without realizing that Kai had stopped.

((Any particular reason he didn't want to go to Deralo, or is it just your personal preference?))

Kai pondered. He had been traveling on this planet for a long time. He wasn't quite sure where else to go, "Is there anywhere you haven't been to before?" He asked her.

"I haven't been around Deralo in a really long time," Rajei said.

"Is there anything you wanted there?" Kai asked. Just the place he didn't want to go to...Well, as long as they're not near the portal or anything he guessed they were safe.

"I'd heard that the castle was pretty. I kinda wanted to go see it," Rajei said.

And now she wanted to see the castle, where the portal is? Kai fidgeted uncomfortably, "I-I guess we could go," He said.

"Is there something wrong?" Rajei asked, sensing the change in his voice.

"No nothing's wrong," Kai said, managing his usual smile, "Lets' go."
Yami flew down and landed next to him.

Rajei nodded and smiled to him in return. She went to Yami and tried to climb up on his back, but needed help even in this form.

Kai helped her up, then climbed up behind her, "Alright Yami. To Deralo City," He said. He didn't seem very enthusiastic.
Yami spread his wings and they took off towards the city.
