Damned Woods

Corelli moved a little closer to Garin, still singing.
Aquaria looked back at her and nodded, reassuringly.

Garin focused on the wall in front of him, trying to figure out what was real and what was not. He tried to slow his thinking down.

Aquaria sat down on the bed and watched Garin carefully.  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin looked back to Aquaria and saw that it was her. He slowly reached out to hug her.

Aquaria hugged him back, gently.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"I'm sorry for worrying you," Garin said as his hallucinations faded.  

[marixe alcyone]

"It's all right," Aquaria said.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"I don't wish to cause you so much trouble," Garin said to both of them.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Not at all," Corelli answered.  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin sighed and buried his face in Aquaria's shoulder, trying to forget what he had just experienced.  

[marixe alcyone]

"What was the dream about?" Aquaria asked. She knew it was better for him to talk about it.
Corelli sat next to Aquaria, on the floor.  

[Cecily D Aria]

GArn sighed. "You and Cassandra and Sanvi were all dead and the hunter was coming after me...."  

[marixe alcyone]

"I won't let that happen," Aquaria promised him.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Thank you..." Garin murmured to her.  

[marixe alcyone]

Aquaria held him tightly to her.
Corelli went back downstairs to make some tea for them.
