I haven't used that image in awhile (sticking with the V outfit), though I might go for it 'cuz of Rebirth and all...
As for that character, maybe not. o wo She's from Detective Opera Milky Holmes, which is a bat**** insane magical girl/detective comedy series. Specifically, she's in a supporting group, but is the best character in the series (in my view). ^^ It's a great show, even if it's completely out of its mind. Totally worth watching if you get the chance (and it's available free streaming, at least).

I watched Excel Saga. All of it.
I think I can handle 'Out of it's mind comedy' XD
In other news, I think Digital Devil Saga used layered music. In my data mining I've come across the guitar riffs and drum beats, but none of the actual songs on the soundtrack. o wo

I didn't say you couldn't. o wo In fact, I was recommending it. I'm just pointing out that the show is... pretty much Excel Saga levels of insanity sometimes, actually. Loads of fun, though.

I heard the same thing about Puni-Puni Poemy. Made by the same studio as Excel Saga if memory serves. I think I was told; "It's like Excel Saga, but has more yuri and makes less sense." XD

That... about sums it up, yes. Milky Holmes does have a plot, it's understandable, and it never loses sight of the goal... it's just completely out of its mind basically the whole time.
Nothing else could possibly explain Twenty. o.O He's... memorable.

2 and 3 are the best from that list, I'd say. o wo 5 has its charm, but it's not as funny.
