Teh AK See, that's weird, cause I looked at the footage (ahurr) and just assumed that it was D-Pad... It would suck with d-pad. You understand when you play it.

I mean that the tilting gives it better precision and more control over the movement. Think of an NES game. You're either walking (tap forward once) or running (tap forward twice) so you have two speeds to move at. With the advent of the control stick you can walk slowly, walk quickly, run slowly, run quickly and everything inbetween. The Wiimote tilting is more like a control stick, but even better because it doesn't curve up when you go from one direction to the opposite direction, like a control stick does (because it's on a ball).
