((crap! So many characters all in one room! @_@ So.... *falls over* ...))
Erin simply followed the rest of the Night Owls to the UNS base. She remained silent as everyone began to arrive and take their seats. The Artistic Owl glanced over at her sister, who had already seated herself next to Jaylin. Elle had been acting a little odd since their training session with Evelynn, but Erin couldn't put her finger on what it was, an she wasn't going to ask unless she had clear and definitive proof that something was bothering her sister. Though, it was clear something was up when she noticed Elle tensing when Amara, Jeannie, and Victoria arrived. Erin frowned slightly, giving her sister a questioning look even if Elle wasn't paying any attention to her. Erin had positioned herself to stand next to where Khalifa (simply because he was the nearest person in terms of location to herself) was seated and waited for the plan to be laid out.
As they made their way to the meeting room in a south american UNS base, Anya didn't bother to say anything. Not even to Nikolai, even if she wasn't mad at him still. Well, that is to say, Anya wasn't really angry with him anymore. She was still ticked off that he had thought she couldn't understand how he felt about their loss to Rage. So her silence to him now was only out of keeping herself from snapping at him again for no apparent reason. She would apologize to Nik later though, or at least try to.
It bothered her (to say the least) that she had to come back and work alongside the UNS again. It was after all that organization she had left in order to put some type of peace to her life. She didn't want to get back into this war at all, and yet here she was at a planning meeting in one of the very buildings, and with people, she had been trying to avoid for the past few years. Anya was barely paying attention to what was going on around her by the time the got to the meeting room. However, once everyone began bickering amongst themselves, Anya sighed lightly to herself. When Nik mentioned that they should get down to business about their 'plan of action' so to speak, Anya looked over at the Dancing Owl before speaking up herself. "He's right. We don't have time to bicker. Let's just get on with this meeting. The sooner we do, the sooner we can get away from each other if you all hate each other so much." she stated flatly, rolling her eyes and folding her arms across her chest impatiently.
Kate had been waiting in the meeting room, unnoticed in a back corner. She was standing with her back to the wall and her eyes closed. However, she could tell that everyone from the UNS and the Night Owls were all in the room even without opening her eyes. Spirit-sensing of course. She knew right away that Che had arrived with that bitchy whore Victoria, but Kate didn't really care at this point in time. At least not as much as she wanted to admit to. Lazily, Kate sighed lightly to herself and opened her eyes upon hearing what both Anya and Nikolai had said. "Yes. May we please just get on with this?" she muttered to herself.
((Gah! Idk what color to use for Syd now that she's in Rage mode...
I'll put Syd and Johan in a separate post just because I don't want to overload the page with my post. ^^; lol))

Roulin looked around the room taking all the fresh faces. They all had survived the assault that had taken place a week ago today. Whether they were lucky or just smart...or had someone watching over them made Roulin look over to Noel. Before Thomas went to explaining why they were here in South America, he waved to The God Owl, then turned to his father who still seemed to be taken aback by Victoria. "Alright Thomas, let's here what you have to say now."
"Good. And Nik, there are plenty good tailors here. They're all just ******** expensive if ya ask me...anyway, on shall we proceed with business? Christ, anything to get you ladies to shut the hell up." If anyone was missing, like Moli and Aeon, then they'd be catching the explanation from someone else. Reclining in the dark, leather chair, Thomas began once again. "Yeah, as you guys can tell, there's a war goin' on just outside this region's border. Our job, as revolutionaries...helpers or whatever is to help these people by forming some kind of pact between the two. Either that, or killing the leader of both sides, then replacing them. I have no ideas that'll help us here so I'm leavin' it to y'all to figure somethin' out. Personally, we're going to need a miracle if we gon' get these two factions to quit their bickering and bitching. Alright...suggestions?"

Cecilia could feel herself becoming impatient. It seemed there was some hostility between a few people. She lightly drummed her fingers on the arm of chair as she waited for the meeting to begin. Relief touched her as silence ensued before Thomas began to speak, thus beginning the meeting. As he spoke, she began to think of what they could do to bring the Owls and the humans together without any casualties. "Well, how about we split up into two teams? One team could be keeping the Owls off the humans in the least violent way possible and the other team could be with the humans doing the same thing. I realize that there might have to be some fighting involved, but it would make it easier to separate the Owls and humans into two groups because if we try to reason with them while they're jumbled together in the war, it could become very messy. Not to mention, the group that trying to hold off the Owls could protect the humans from any attacks that they try to throw at them. And the group that is with the humans can block any attacks that they throw at the Owls. Maybe then, we'll be able to reach some sort of compromise, which will enable Owls and humans to live together, or at the very least, tolerate each other without having to resort to violence."
She hoped that her suggested made sense. She didn't know if it was too complex or not. But it was the best she had. Cecilia felt a migraine touch her. Her body tensed slightly and she closed her eyes for a few moments, gripping the arms of the chair slightly before she opened her eyes once again. What was wrong with her? She hoped that it would pass very soon.

Elle's concentration lied on the three psychics who were in the room. When Jaylin asked was she alright she snapped out of her mini trance as she looked at him. "Yes I'm alright think I'm just a little jet lagged' she whispered back. She smiled at Jaylin and then looked at her sister. She gave her a look back. Nothing is wrong Erin, I think i'm just a little jet lagged that's all. That and the strenuous training Evelynn gave us, I think it's just catching up to me she told her sister as she looked into the direction of Thomas. When Cecilia gave her idea Elle thought it was pretty reasonable. She would listen to more before she began to use brain on how to analyze the situation and best tactics. Elle's mind was racing like a computer now.

Thomas's eyes turned to Cecilia when she spoke up and gave her idea. A grinned parted his lips when finally he recognized her plan as the "high school" alternative to war. Separate and quell inside of divide and conquer. He liked the idea because, like most ideas, it presented the easiest and clearest path to victory. That was just a goal though and like everything everyone had to say at the table, it was just a goal. Leaning forward in the creaking coporate chair, Thomas rested his chin atop his bridgded fingers. "That's fine with me. Better than what I could come up with Blueberry. Thing is, and I'm sorry for not mentionin' this earlier, is that each leader is on opposide sides of this country. Slowly, they're movin' closer and closer to each other. That's not to say their armies aren't havin' themselves a good old fashioned shootout as it is. If'n we're gonna do the high school manuever, we need to get to the leaders quickly."
"Wait, that's it? Please tell me you have a picture of their base? Or least a general location. If you do, I can teleport a few people in and we can -- Sorry Presidiomni, but ya can't. Ya see, if you port on in there, they'll sense you, find you and kill you. Both sides will. There are still some Owls who want to lose their powers. They're fighting against other Owls right now. They'll shoot you and your friend's down. Also, remember those nice little helmets we saw back at Che's House? They have those. Minds can't be scanned, brains can't be washed...."
"Then we may just have to fight our way in then," said Che almost nonchalantly. He pulled his feet from the table leaving an uncouth scuffmark atop the wood surface. As much as he hated to admit it, even loathing it now that he brought it up, Che knew that they'd have to drill their way into either side's stronghold. It had to be done if Cecilia's plan would work...unless they could come up with a better way. "Hey Thomas. Thomas. Man, dude, friend. If we can't get into each side using our powers, what can we do? I vote someone come up with a gameplan. Any takers?"

Elle finally spoke as she stood up. "Hello everyone, I'm Elle. Well I like Cecilia's idea, I don't find it high schoolish at all. The thing is we still have to infiltrate. I'm a technopath so I can communicate with machinery, we can shut of their power if I can plug into a large power source of machinery. I wouldn't know for how long it would last but that should make things a little easier." she said. She then got her bag from the ground as she put it on the table. "Since we've been traveling, I've been working on several things, one thing is a nullification field." she said. She tossed out several small cubes. "You throw them like you would a bomb and for up to ten to twenty minutes for owls" she told them. "So if we do run into OWLS who are not down for reasoning it can serve as a mode of control" she said. "Again, I feel like I could hack into their sytems if you all would like" she told them.

Lucien found Cecilia's plan to be good, it was a little basic but not every plan needed to be intricate and complicated. He listened to the other's rebuttals to the plan he smiled a little and looked towards them. Opening his mouth he may have been a brighter man but he was still a genius. "Well nothing quells the fires of war like a common enemy, or incentive. We're dealing with humans down to the core we're not dealing with sophisticated forces that can't be reasoned with. Through example, or by show of good faith I'm sure we can quell the fighting on at least one side. War is like a great big argument, it takes two to do it with one side down the other will be more open to reason. Of course there is no reason why these two plans cannot be combined. While the two groups try to dampen the blood thirsty masses avdocates can meet with the leaders of their respected groups and begin the talks, they're running militia not high government officials setting a meeting up would be childs play." He said as he looked at the people around him. Lucien remained confident his smile didn't fade, even with the rather negative spiral throguhout the room. When he heard Che talking he smiled again. "If our powers won't work then neither will theirs, from there it will simply be who has the bigger weapon and who can aim it better. I believe we've got quite a few specialists on both of our sides that are more than familiar with covert missions and gun tactics, oh and we have Sibal, he's not an Owl but can still hold his own with the best of them, Null fields so far have proven to be useless on his structure as he does not exactly function on a simply biological scale." He looked at a few respected people that he felt could resolve that conundrum. he knew quite a few people though, himself included that relied solely on their powers for control without them they were nothing more than humans with powerful connections. "However if we take into consider the fact that their owls are numerous not exactly horribly powerful then I don't think the outcome will be quite as drastic as Thomas thinks. We're not talking about fighting them in a giant open field where numbers mean everything, any kind of base has structure, walls ceilings hallways things that severely limit the usefulness of numbers, and I know every single Owl here can do almost anything under the sun include take out a hallway full of lesser Owls before they even knew what hit them."

He sat down at the table, he had his hands patiently placed in his lap, restraining himself from eating, he looked at her as she spoke, his eyes had brightened slightly as she voiced her thoughts of this being a matter of business. In truth, it was, but part of him felt somewhat happy he could talk to someone like her, she seemed to be a genuinely nice person. Kojiro knew what he was doing, and he did not want to loose sight of it,"...Raven is currently busy with her tasks while she works to rebuild this area..." he explained, In truth he was getting more and more worried about Raven, he would figure something out, but he needed to stay focused.Kojiro looked back at her and sighed, "...I'm not much use to her at the moment so I decided to pay you a visit while I had time..." he told her with a slight nod. Roulin turned his attention to Elle when she devised her plan, then to Lucien when he spoke of his own. A grin formed on his features when, at long last, each team seemed to finally be coming together as one. Himself, Lucien and Elle were on the same accord already. Leaning forward, the dark haired detective spoke out another idea. "Yes, good call Lucien. You too Elle and Cecilia, the source of the plan. Like Lucien said, we just need to combine our plans and flesh them out more. Elle, if you're as good with computers as you say you are, you can disable the security systems in each base and allow us a window to sneak through right? If you can do that, then we can send at least two of our own in to talk to the leader while our defense team holds off anyone that may impede our progress. As for Null Fields and things, we have Will, Thomas, Che, Noel, Lucien and myself. At the very least, Lucien, myself and everyone else will lose their abilities for the time being. Thomas, Will and the rest probably won't even lose the majority of their powers." The Life Owl sat back in his seat, sighing tiredly after delivering a mouthful. He knew they were on to something here, but it would take a bit of manpower to pull all of this off. Looking around the room once more, he could tell that everyone knew how delicate this plan was even though it seemed as solid as a rock. One mistake and the war would only escalate to something farther out of their control.
"Like all UNS stations, there is an assortment of weapons down below in a room only a few can get to. Tomorrow before we move out, please make sure to stock up. The last thing we need is someone on this team dying. We still have a much larger threat to deal with alright? Now, we have one final thing to discuss..." Thomas paused and looked down the table at Che, the man who originated the plan that was now being hinted at. The italian at the end of the table simply shrugged, then looked at Demios. "Well, out with it boy. We ain't got all day...."
"I'm on it old man, I'm on it. Didn't want to speak much here, but here goes. Ahem, you all know how these Heralds are trying to help Raven raise Exire back up right? They're also defending her meaning they'll fight for her if they need to. That means that if she thinks we're up to something, she'll dispatch them to us and they'll...well, they'll kill us. No questions asked." Che explained to everyone present. Before continuing with his plan, he pointed at Demios, the key to all of their Herald problems. "See that guy? He's out ace in the hole against the Heralds. I found out not to long ago that any item can be enchanted with a hex or spell so strong, it'll become an artifact against the Heralds. This means we don't have to fight them for theirs! We can make our own! The catch though is that the spell takes approximately one day to perform. If we're to do this, Demios has to be kept safe until he completes the spell. Got that? Any questions?"

((TFP---Serena))
Serena waved one hand in dismissal when Kojiro voiced his thanks about her aiding him a few days ago. “It was nothing. What kind of person would I be if I simply walked on by?” She may be a b***h…but Serena was not a heartless b***h. Even if Kojiro was not of her concern she would have stopped and helped. Though that was where the line would have been drawn. There would be no taking him back to hotel room. An enigma by nature that vanished once she was no longer needed or her job was complete. It was how she had always worked….and she was damn certain this kid would not change that part about her. “Oh? She sounds like she is very busy.” The white haired woman said with a knowing nod…She was rather curious as to what the Fallen Phoenix leader was planning other then building up New York…or New Exire as the current residents fondly dubbed it, but she wont press on that. “Its part of being a leader so it can not be helped”
Placing her knife and fork down, Serena leaned forwards and smiled brightly “Ah, so you were bored and decided to visit me as a last resort?” Laughing she stood up and picked up her semi empty plate. “I am joking. You are more then welcome to pay me a visit whenever you like.” She set the plate on the side and walked back into to living area. “So, my little Asian friend…What is it you want to do besides eating a free meal and thanking me for my angelic act of saving you…” Serena smirked. “Hmm…..how about some one on one friendly sparing? No powers, just hand to hand..” She shrugged her shoulders lightly “Unless you have something else in mind.”

L sighed as his student zipped by. Sure he was more skilled now...but training wasnt done. "Heh... no patience these kids....oh well" L stood up smirking as the ocean slowly returned to its normal state in the wake of the streaking light student. Hopefully Moli had picked up enough to stay out of trouble for a while. Either way the kid was out of his hair for a bit, which left the light herald to focus on his own problems. Mainly that he hadn't heard from Sydney in some time. "Sister Sydney can you here me?" L turned towards his hut making his way to a chair.
_______________---flashback---___________
Neah followed after his sisters as told. He helped uncover the Owl boy and winced at the injuries he'd taken. How someone could survive something like that was beyond him. As Nika removed the pipe from Danny's chest Neah gagged. "uhh that was disgusting Nika...heh hey.." He put up only a minimal sturggle at being dragged before sighing and listening to the young man talk.

Demios paused as he herd Thomas and Che they seemed to want him to enchant all new artifacts. He frowned for a moment and grabbed his amulet that then changed form to the silence glaive. He took it and pointed the blade end at Thomas its point just shy of hitting his throat. "Meet the silence glaive, I believe this weapon has been enchanted to become an artifact" He said. He pulled it from Thomas's throat and held it with the base on the ground and the point towards the roof. "I'm not going to pretend I know what I'm doing, but I do have a theory...I believe that I can use a similar spell to the one I used form the silence glaive to enchant the artifacts" He said. He frowned again though "The problem being without the herald of body, the amount of owls, or magical energy I had enchanting new artifacts will be difficult, time consuming, energy consuming, and unpredictable....I doubt I'd be able to make that many" He said. He looked at the glaive "However, I believe I can do it, but I'll have to perform a ritual for it and for that I'll have to summon my spell book from Genya" He said. He looked at everyone "We're also going to need some supplies, I'll have to find the right ritual items" He said. He thought for a minute "The spell itself would require me to call upon powerful forces and channel their magic through me...if you all remember in new york, the forces that made the silence glaive were the same ones that were powerful enough to have destroyed new york if the spell had finished, I can't guaranty the spell will be safe and without side effects" He said.
While Vincent continued to dance to the music eventually a boy came up to him and put a hand on his shoulder, the boy appeared to be the same age as Vincent if not a little younger. The boy gave him a warm smile "Wow you must really enjoy music, I haven't seen someone so cheerful in a long time" He said. He paused for a moment "Your not from around here are you?" He asked.

Sydney, at least that was what the body was known as since the failed rescue attempt in Azarath, had been basically making trouble and chaos since then. Rage was now in control and that was all there was to it now. She had neglected, purposely, to contact any of her Herald family. She was having way too much fun making a mess of various cities and towns and villages around the world. However, she paused when she heard a message in her head.
'...Ah... Now there's a voice I didn't think I would ever hear again... Well, if it isn't Gaeta Lexiss! The lazy b*****d who never does anything!' A voice responded to L's question over the mental link. It sounded like Sydney's voice, but it wasn't her exactly. Because Roulin and their group had failed to stop Rage in Azarath, Rage was now free to move Sydney's body around as she pleased.

Vincent was so entranced into the music, that when he felt the hand on his shoulder he almost used his abilities out of fear. When he looked at who had placed their hand on his shoulder he smiled. "This is different kind of music, I'm just happy to get away from a few things as of now" he admitted. "And no I'm not from here, I'm originally from France...I'm just here visiting" the young goth replied. "I'm Vincent by the way" he told him.

Cecilia listened as a few of the others contributed their suggestions. So far, everyone seemed to understand the seriousness of the matter. However, Cecilia's migraine was steadily becoming worse. Soon, it felt like her head was being held closely to a flame. She dug her fingernails into the wooden arms of the chair and scraped them, breaking off pieces of wood. Suddenly, Cecilia's vision began to change. Unbeknowest to her, she was still in the meeting room, but her vision was somewhere else. Her body emitted a deep purple aura and her eyes rolled into the back of her head, only revealing the whites of them. In her line of vision was Exire. At least it looked like Exire, however, it seemed to have risen into the sky. The vision changed once again, revealing a scroll. They appeared to be blue prints, but Cecilia could not read them. However, she assumed that they had something to do with Exire. It was then that Cecilia could see an array of bullets whizzing through the air towards her.
They appeared to be coming from the newly risen Exire itself. The young blue Cosmic Owl let out a bloodcurdling scream that reverberated off the walls of the Meeting Room. The gravity within the Meeting room became very dense, which would push everyone to the ground with an almost crushing force. The table buckled from the density causing the legs to bend and break, and the surface of the table to fall to the floor with a very loud thud. Each of the legs of the chairs did the same causing those who were sitting to fall to the ground along with their seats. Despite the fact that Cecilia had also fallen, she did not react to it. Instead, she was still screaming as if she was being murdered right in front of their eyes.
