The rocks under Romeo's feet scratched across the ground as he stepped onward. A tavern appeared on his right side and Romeo stopped. He sighed and thought 'I could use a drink' He clutched the door nob, cold from the outside wind he turned it quickly and returned his hand. As the door swung ajar he stepped onto the wooden floor boards. He looked around the room and got adjacent stares. He walked slowly to the bar, his footsteps creaking and knocking as he stepped. He sat in a bar stool, hanging his head low, almost to avoid the ambient chatter. The bartender spoke up "What will ya have, mate?" "Red wine" Romeo responded "And keep it coming, money isn't an issue.." "My favorite thing to hear a customer say" The bartender joked. Romeo rolled his eyes as he handed him a glass filled near to the brim with his red liquid of choice. He lifted the glass and swilled the wine around, then smelled it. He took a small sip, then downed the liquid. He continued to drink and looked over his shoulder. He surveyed the room and quickly turned back to his drink, he continued to drink and decided to stay a while. 'Seems like an interesting place..'

"Thanks for the subsitution Mack," Aura said as she came Behind the counter,"and as promised take a bottle fer yerself." Aura came and leaned on the coumnter infront of Romeo."Dont drinl to much or you will feel like crap in the morning," Aura laughed

-EDITED-A familiar figure over shadowed the conversation and walked down the row up to the counter, upon further inspection it was in fact Duriono the former gate keeper demon that fought alongside everyone in the war, "Huh, Zadea's not here.." He noticed and placed is feet on the counter leaning back "So what happened while I was away?" he asked everyone in a solemn voice.

June perked up
"...let's go back to the tavern, Zero." she said happily. taking his arm, a gust of wind blew as feathers swirled around them. When they settled, both were at the entrance to the tavern. Cheerfully, June let go of Zero and walked in. As she did so, her clothes lit up, changing into an amethyst dress the same color as her eyes. The dress was strapless and flowed down to her knees. It was tied in the back.
"Duriono!" June said, walking over to the bar and hopping up on the counter. She smiled sweetly

Duriono turned to June with a slight smirk "Oh hey June, How's it been?" He sounded better than he had left and could actually hold a smirk, but all wounds heal over time as the saying went.

Duriono shrugged and simply stated "I just had a few loose ends to tie up" he took off his ghost cape and hung it over the counter, on further inspection the collar had a message "weapons are useless without a purpose behind them" Duri spoke what it had said and decided he had shared enough without actually getting any info on the recent events of the small tavern "So, what happend to Zadea? Has anything happend at all?"

June wiggled her nose
"I haven't been here for a while either. Zero and I were training-or...I helped him train" June crossed her ankles, swinging her legs a little
"It's kind of funny, actually...." June closed her eyes for a second before reopening them-her irises now gold.
"weapons weren't created with any other reason than to gain something through force."

Duriono leaned his head on his fist and nodded in a sign of agreeing "Yeah, I guess so..but everyone has to fight for something if they fight at all, and I'm afraid I've gotten too deep to not carry one" Duriono thought for a moment and remember something that happened along his journeys after leaving "I guess its alot less bloody than when you find me in a real bad mood..." He remenisced about his 'ace in the hole' during the war and how now it had grown into a beast within him. He simply hinted at this and he knew June was smart enough to figure this out.
"I'll just ask Alita about Zadea later" He changed the subject for a moment.

June smiled, an idea coming to mind. hopping off the counter, she ut her hands on her hips as her dress became armor, her eyes turning brown
"Duriono, I wish to battle with you sometime." she said confidently
