Shiraichi secriden Some Chinese 'sifu' came an taught a bunch of people and my mom made me go for it and he gave this long talk on all the major organ meridians. The heart one was the only one I can still remember but I'm pretty sure I have the notes somewhere.... Ha ha ha.. what a scary one to remember. It can help strengthen the heart but also make it stop or make an artery rupture.
Yeah, he told us to 'gently rub it when you're watching TV to stimulate it but be careful of OVER stimulation'. I kept wondering how you know when it gets too much. |

Shiraichi secriden -shrug- I learned Chinese when I was about 4 until I went into high school so I guess some of it is from there. I can't read Chinese but I can understand the spoken fairly well, somehow. Part of it might be my addiction to Chinese drama series. xD Neat~ Wish I had put more effort in learning Chinese but, due to some family reasons, I never liked anything related to China a lot. crying
LOL. People tell me I speak funny, though. Like, because I"ve never officially learned it, my accent is the same as the ones on TV, which isn't "Malaysian" at all. |
