I'm not too fond of how this avatar's balanced. Could you replace the Black Spacey Leggings with black underwear/skirt? Also, add some green to offset your hair.

pretty good, most everything works together but the demonic anklet as a bracelet just seems to not fit in as well. a 3 out of 5.

7/10. I like the fact that you all but completely hid the worms. I think the turban could use some work though; too much white in one place. Maybe play around with items to layer on top of it?
EDIT: I think the Wed to Darkness horns go over it.

Preferably with a d**k.
Not to rain on your parade, but you get a 1/10. The eyes are too feminine for the ninja look, the avatar as a whole is too set-y, and the shoes don't match a goddamn thing.
