"here it is you will probaly be spending alot of time here" she opened the door to show a workshop filled with tools and materials ranging from the most ancient magic to the most alien metal
"now im not sure that you can use any of this but if you can you have my permission to build whatever you wish on your own time"

Neo smiled gratefully and stepped into the room, thinking of what he should do first.
"What will you be doing while i am doing this?" he asked before doing anything else.

"theres a few errands about town that i must run as well as a few prospective members that i need to collect" she grabbed an item off the counter and pocketed it "i trust that you can handle this but if you need any help lori shall be around in case of an emergency"
with that said she grabbed a purple wig and her hammer and exited the base

Neo shrugged and turned to the items as Lutia left.
"Right." he began to work on creating fake weapons, he decided that he would make a few to start with then see if he wanted to continue.  

[John C. Blues]

After being rudely and suddenly warped from what he assumed to be a base in the sky, he looked down at the "pen" labeled C4 the man had given him. What did those guys take him for? He was blind, not stupid. So the man had warped him to some other clan base then. Jarian, the man had said, whatever that meant. He opened his mind's eye and focussed on the pen-bomb. He let go of it, keeping it in mid-air with his mind. He used his psychic power to disarm it by disrupting the electronic signals within the small bomb. He then turned it there and about, taking it apart with his mind. When it was nothing more than itty bitty pieces, he decided he might as well look for assistance here at the Jarian base. He shut his mind's eye and walked up to the entrance using his walking stick. He knocked at the entrance and called out," Hello? Anyone here?"

Kren appeared behind the man at the jarian entrance. "Hello," He said, in a low, almost hissing voice.  

[John C. Blues]

Jack jumped at the sinister creepiness of the voice. He turned and said,"Uh...hi. Um, could you get me inside this place? I got sorta...warped here I guess and am looking for a little help finding some things I need."

Kren smiled softly, the darkness moving around the ground. "sorry, not my job too,"

With a total lack of tact, subtlty, or stealth, someone in black and bright blue fell out of Kren, three brightly colored plushies in what were presumeably arms. "Hello!" She said brightly.

"Ah...s**t, what are you doing here?"

She grinned. "Being a nuisance?" she inquired innocently. She held up a very bright, yellow duck plushie. "And bringing you this. Unless you don't want it, of course."  

[Fighter for all]

A shot of darkness shot from him, engulfing the plushie, sending it into the dark world. "No..." he said flatly.

a spectral head moved through the door effortlessly "what is going on out here?"  

[John C. Blues]

Jack didn't open his mind's eye almost out of fear for being completely weirded out for what he might see. He decided to stick with the darkness of being blind for now. In any case, he had used it alot already and it needed a small rest. "Eh...what was that?" he asked the man who had apppeared out of nowhere. He wondered briefly what had happened to the owner of the more cheerful voice, but then heard yet another voice come out of seemingly nowhere and ask its question. He turned to the owner of the newer voice and asked," Hey, uh could you perhaps let me inside this place. I was warped here by a guy in some sort of sky base or something and found myself here. I'm wondering if anyone here could help me with locating a few pieces of equipment I need."

the spectre shook her head "i was told not to let anyone in without permission, but if you tell me what you are looking for i can tell you if its within our vast weapon stores"
