How can their be five enemy signatures, when only 4 mafia roles are listed in your journal, the rest are neutral?

The four listed are the mandatory Mafia. Just like there's five mandatory Town. The rest of the space is filled by roles from the 'Other' section. The Nothing is the only true Neutral. The thing that makes this game unique is other than roles that state 'Always on (Alliance)', 'Other' roles can be on any side.
