Yukio quickly moved onto the next scroll to continue his training while Zeramaru and Jin fought.

[1/3] Yukio noticed this jutsu was called the "Noise Technique", another elementary sound jutsu. He quickly tried throwing the sound of a door closing over by the classroom door, but nothing happened.

[2/3] Yukio tried the jutsu again and met with minor success. The sound of a door closing was made, but it was at such a low volume that anybody besides Yukio, who'd been concentrating on it, wouldn't have heard the sound.

[3/3] With another try Yukio was able to make the realistic sound of a door closing. With some extra practice he soon used to jutsu to make it sound like chalk was writing on the board, that the chairs were shifting, and even made the sound of windows opening and shutting. In reflection, it was a rather horrifying jutsu if Yukio were to put it all together, but as a thief he only saw its purposes going to distract a pursuer as he made his getaway.

Yukio finally touched the third of the four basic offensive sound jutsus. This one looked like it might actually serve as an attack instead of a mere distraction, so Yukio was particularly interested in learning it.

[1/3] To start learning the Myaku, or "Pulse", Yukio first concentrated chakra into his vocal cords again. He realized that it was important that he focus on this aspect of jutsu first, as it did not require any handseals or even any warning before it could be used. The fact that it could be used instantly from his mouth gave the jutsu its surprise advantage, so Yukio made sure to take note of it.

[2/3] After getting a little practice with concentrating chakra on his vocal cords, Yukio dived into actually performing the jutsu. His preparation from before paid off as he instantly created a ball of compacted air to shoot out of his mouth. It was not perfect, however, as it could only fly around ten feet, as opposed to the fifteen it should've been able to.

[3/3] One extra try quickly ended this problem, as Yukio practiced a little more with his chakra concentration to send the ball of air across the room and hit the wall. A sound of impact showed its ability to cause damage, but Yukio knew that with the amount of power it produced the attack couldn't be made into a killing blow just yet.

((How do you just "feel" somebody's chakra?))

Yukio took another couple of steps towards safety since Sarium appeared. It was starting to get a little crowded for one classroom, but Yukio only had one jutsu left to master so he figured he might as well stick it out.

[1/3] Yukio noticed the last jutsu as called, "Whistle" and began to wonder how serious this jutsu would actually be. It dealt with making a different frequency sound, so Yukio concentrated a small amount of chakra to try and match this sound. The first attempt ended horribly. Maybe he should've practiced his whistling beforehand?

[2/3] Yukio tried again. Luckily this time he produced an actual whistle, but it was not quite at the high frequency it was supposed to be at. Still, Yukio could feel himself getting very close.

[3/3] With just one more try Yukio altered his frequency to produce a very loud and irritating screech. In a way, Yukio felt that this jutsu wasn't much different from the first one he mastered, but knew that learning how to change his voice frequencies would probably come in handy for later jutsu.

With all of the basic offensive sound jutsus completed, Yukio turned and gave the scroll back to Shadow. "Well, you guys were right when you called it basic. So what's next?"

Shadow looked towards Yukio and retrieved his scroll. He removed another scroll from his jacket and tossed it to Yukio. "That is the genin level offensive techniques. Don't aim those attacks at people in this room." Shadow said as he grabbed another sendon, and twirled it between his fingers.

Yukio took the scroll and studied the first jutsu.

[1/3] Yukio noticed taht the first jutsu was called the "Wind Needles Technique." He started learning it by trying to generate an incredibly low sound frequency at the tips of his fingers. Luckily, because of his training beforehand with the whistle technique, he soon accomplished this small step of the jutsu.

[2/3] The next step involved using the low frequency to produce several air vaccuums around his hand. This was made possible through the condensed air the frequency created. With a little practice this was soon accomplished.

[3/3] Now all that was left was to fire the senbon-like needles of wind from his hand. Taking a deep breath, Yukio found himself being able to fire dozens of these senbon at a time. What was even more useful though was the fact that he didn't have to make them fly straight, which meant he could use his chakra to alter their paths a bit, making them harder to dodge.

[1/3] Yukio's next jutsu dealt with throwing his opponents balance off. Since this might turn out to be a useful technique to have with the exam arenas Yukio made sure to learn this one correctly. First he made a wind clone to practice the jutsu on.

[2/3] Now that he had somebody to practice on, and a better understanding of the jutsu, Yukio tried to control the sound hitting the clone, turning it into a frequency that would quickly be thrown into his ears. Once there, the disturbance in the clone's ear drum would cause it to lose its balance. However, even after Yukio thought he had done the jutsu perfectly, the clone just twisted a finger in one of its ears. It wasn't effected at all.

[3/3] Yukio quickly realized what the problem was. He was too far away from the clone. It seemed that in order for this move to work, he would have to be fairly close to his target. With this hiccup overcome, Yukio closed the distance and used the jutsu to almost instantly make the clone stumble, throwing off its sense of balance.

[1/3] Yukio continued his training with the next jutsu in line, the "Finger Spike Technique." Its basis was fairly simple. Grow your fingernails until they were like daggers. Yukio didn't really understand where the sound concept came into this jutsu, but none the less tried it out by concentrating his chakra into his fingertips. On his first try, he grew them three inches longer than usual.

[2/3] Yukio then reduced them back to normal size so that he could try the jutsu again. He thought that he was getting the hang of it, and used his earlier teachings about plant growth to implant their same concept into his own body. This turned out to be quite successful, and on his next try Yukio's nails grew seven inches.

[3/3] With a little more practice, Yukio soon grew his nails into ten inches of piercing death, a title he could've only given one of his body parts before the jutsu (wink wink). He was still trying to figure out where sound came into the jutsu, but for now he just rolled with the fact that he slice and dice with his bare hands.

Jin smiled as the man was quick to attack with the kunai. Jin ducked to the left, and in a crouched position would fly out to the left in a barrel roll. Quick to his feet he would smile as his peripherals saw the red and black, but not his actually sight. He then closed his eyes, and smiled. He thought about the sounds that would come towards him, blanking out the kid who was training, and focusing on Zeramaru. He then grinned as he pulled out three kunai and whipped them at him. "You can summon snakes. That is something else I wish to learn. I guess I'll have to enter the exams and become a Chunin. If I don't, I might get mad." Jin said as he continued to smile. He then cracked his neck and let out a sigh.

(So, Jin noted the Mangekyou Sharingan with his peripheral vision, not his "main" vision. He then closed his eyes to not get caught in any techniques. Tomorrow I am making a custom clan that allows for me to see based on sound, like a bat, though I still have regular vision. It won't deal with my regular eyes though, it'll deal with my third eye. The third eye will have the ability to move around my body, making it able to dodge attacks as well, though it well need to be outside of the body so to speak. )

[1/3] Next on the jutsu list was the wave palm attack. To start the jutsu out, Yukio made another wind clone. It would be bad if he tried these sorts of things on a fellow student. Then he tried focusing his chakra on the surface of his hands. Slowly, the chakra began to make a sound frequency along his palm.

[2/3] Yukio concentrated on this input, making the frequency stronger and more compact. After a moment, Yukio noticed the surface of his hand was actually vibrating. Now all that was left was to try it out.

[3/3] Yukio shot the open palm into the chest of his clone. At first the clone just gave him a confused look. The palm strike had caused little to no damage at all. Suddenly though the clone fell over in pain and dispersed. It seemed the continuous nerve damage from the strike finally set in. "What a brutal technique." Yukio muttered.

[1/3] Yukio grinned when he saw the next jutsu on the list. It was a weaker form of the move Kowaii tried to use on him in Leaf, and it was the technique that perked his interest, the "Zankuuha." "Score!" Yukio shouted as he scanned through its description. He didn't have any arm cannons yet, but he hoped that the technique would work relatively well all the same. For starters, he tried quickening the pace he could form wind and sound vibrations in his hands.

[2/3] Next, Yukio tried using the jutsu. He had already gained a small chunk of experience with this kind of technique during his training with Pulse and Wind Needles, but this technique was a bit different. On his first try, a large burst of wind shot out from his hands, but it wasn't quite at the power level Yukio was expecting it to be.

[3/3] Yukio used the jutsu again to get its power up to par. It seemed like when he used it now, the only thing that might still be able to stand would be a tree or something. In any case, Yukio figured it'd prove useful for knocking something back.

[1/3] Yukio read over the next jutsu on the list, but decided to skip it. He had an idea for it, and so would save it for last. With that in mind, the only jutsu left to learn was the Wind Harpoon. Yukio liked the sound of it, as he imagined it would probably be one of his few definite attacking jutsu in the exams, and so started immediately by condensing the air vaccuums he'd learned to make with the Wind Needles jutsu.

[2/3] Next he shaped them to form one condensed vaccuum, instead of a bunch of smaller ones. This happened so quickly though, that he doubted anybody would actually be able to see it before the real attack was made. Yukio then imagined the shape of the harpoon.

[3/3] Now came his favorite last part. Yukio put the condensing and shaping altogether to finally fire a long harpoon of wind out from his hand. It smashed and did heavy damage to the wall it hit, and Yukio grinned at how effective it might turn out to be when used on a live target. Hopefully it wouldn't be enough to kill them though, or so Yukio thought.

[1/3] Yukio went back to the last jutsu he had left to master, the Sound Effect jutsu. He already had a cool idea as to what he was going to do with it, but he still had to learn it first. He didn't have the tools used to normally conduct the jutsu though, so he first started out by concentrating his chakra more to make up for it.

[2/3] Then Yukio used what he'd learned before with the Noise technique and other such jutsu to create more realistic sounds coming from just about anywhere. The only problem seemed to be making a human voice. Still, it seemed like it could use a little more improvement, as every time Yukio tried to make a lion's roar type sound, all that came out was a meow.

[3/3] Yukio concentrated on the volume and type of different sounds once more. He closed his eyes as he tried desperately to perfect it. Suddenly he started making several handseals. Several wind clones popped up around him and his paper backpack several sheets of paper. These sheets then formed a white tie on Yukio, as well as a white hat, pants, and even shoes. The paper backpack itself even formed a white paper jacket draped around Yukio's shoulders. His eyes suddenly snapped open, "Smooth Criminal no Jutsu!" he shouted as music suddenly started playing from all directions.

He and his clones then started dancing in unison with Yukio in center as he started singing in a surprising good voice. He had always been a good singer, but he guessed the dancing lessons his parents made him take years ago was finally paying off. He used the Noise and Sound Effect techniques to produce the different instrument sounds, while at the same time using the Shout technique to amplify his own voice. Yukio finally ended the dance when he jumped in front of Shadow's desk. Breathing heavily, he passed him back the scroll. "Training.....completed."

Two kunai landed flat on his chest while he caught one that would have hit his heart.

Zeramaru blinked once and deactivated his sharingan. "Do I really have to train this kid?" Zeramaru said not liking the boy's attitude one bit.

"He reminds me too much of Naga." He said recalling his old defiant head strong student from suna. Zeramaru quickly pulled out a scroll that was labeled naga.

"First of all I want you to at least tell me your name, Secondly I have to show you anger." Zeramaru said and he had a perfect idea on how to do it. Zeramaru made the seals for Ataeru Kanjoo No Jutsu (Inflict Emotion Technique) and his body was prepared for it all Jin had to do was look at him and his emotions will be at Zeramaru's command.
