Neo yawned, and answered "Ahh, no wonder this last jutsu I felt like I was doing sloppy... I'm feeling tired as well. Good night dad!" Neo started walking toward his room, and when he looked at his shoulder, Sammy was already asleep.

Neo put Sammy in the cushion by the bed Sammy was sleeping in earlier, and Neo crashed down on the bed, removing the cloth from his face, and his effects, like his notebook and shurikens along with the kunais, to a desk in the room. He closed his eyes quickly, and fell into a deep sleep, not believing how comfortable it was to sleep in a proper bed.

(OH NOES! D: I'll hone my skills while you're on vacations then. HAVE A NICE TIME DUDE!)

Rini nodded to Neo when he introduced himself. "I'm Rini Chikongou. Nice to meet you," she greeted with a smile that was somewhat less forced than it had been with Sonic. Saotome pulled him aside for more training before she could get to know him any better, so she moved to sit on the edge of the porch and watch, seeing as she had not been given any instructions. After glancing around to see if Luna's clone was still about -- but not immediately spotting it -- Rini drew a kunai and turned it over in her hands. She contemplated the knife for a moment before carefully poking her wrist with the point until blood flowed. The genin set aside her kunai and moved her hands through now-familiar signs.

"Blood Coagulation Jutsu," she murmured, right hand beginning to glow as she moved it over the small wound. After a few moments, the injury had ceased to bleed, and she held up her wrist for inspection. Good. She could not allow her medical jutsu to become rusty while Luna was away, so she would practice in her free time -- on herself if necessary or her teammates if needed.

Faintly she wondered what would happen if she attempted to use the Blood Coagulation Jutsu on someone's veins instead of an open wound. Would the blood still coagulate? If so, to what extent? Her eyes slitted slightly with the thought. If that worked and she was able to hinder or stop the flow of blood into someone's hands or other limbs, then that could provide an efficient way to render an opponent somewhat harmless. Even if the blood did not completely clog, creating coagulated chunks that were carried through the blood stream could possibly cause the victim to suffer a number of life-threatening conditions including a heart attack or stroke.

Being a medic -- she decided -- was perhaps one of the most deadly professions a shinobi could choose. True, they helped people -- were healers -- but the very knowledge that allowed them to save lives could also be used to end lives. Rini hoped Luna would return soon so she could continue her training and enter into the study of poisons. That would be her focus . . . that and perhaps finding ways to utilize a technique used for healing in a battle situation. So far, the Blood Coagulation Jutsu held promise. Now she just needed to perfect it . . .

Neo woke up from his bed, he sat and stretched, then looked at Sammy, and he was still asleep. Neo thought Hmm... I'm hungry. so he took his personal effects again, after putting his cloth back on again, and he walked to the kitchen still feeling a bit drowzy.

He went on to the kitchen of the house and said lowly "Damn this place is big." so he look for food around the house, and found some fast-made ramen. He practiced his Water Manipulation Technique with this simple container, and heated the ramen with his own chakra. He could sense someone in the house, thoughtful, so he wandered around the house.

Neo found himself in one of the training rooms, and said with more energy, while eating the ramen, and no cloth on his mouth, which revealed his scarred lips, cheeks, and neck "Good morning Rini-chan! Is there something troubling you?" He walked up to her revealing more of himself, and stood 4 feet in front of her.

Rini glanced up, wiping the blood off of her arm. "Hm? Oh, no. Nothing's troubling me. I'm just practicing my medical jutsu. I don't want to be rusty when Luna-sensei returns from her honeymoon." She smiled warmly at him and rose, stretching a little. "I was thinking of heading to the marketplace to see if I can find a falconry glove and maybe a book or two on it. I'd like to start training with Aki, through I really don't know where to start, to be honest." The genin paused for a moment before adding, "Would you like to come with me?"

Neo paused as well with his eating and ate the last little bit of ramen. He then threw it and sliced it with his kama into tiny dust while it slowly fell. Then he put the Sakanagare back in their saya in his legs, and answered "I have a small pet, so maybe I can give some insight on some pet training. I think, and as for going to the marketplace, I would love to." He smiled back, and put his cloth back on, not wanting her to keep seeing his scars.

He whistled, and immediately Sammy, which was in Neo's room woke up, and speedily ran his way to Neo. Sammy jumped on Neo's shoulder, and Neo said "This is the little guy. His name is Sammy. Let's get rolling then, Rini-chan."

The corners of Rini's mouth twitched ever so slightly downward. Great. Another show-off. She snatched up her kunai from the deck next to her, wiped off any blood from the blade using the grass, and then stowed it back into her kunai pouch. The genin then stood abruptly and, without another word, turned on her heel and walked into the house. Respectfully, she took off her shoes and carried them to the front door before putting them on again, not wanting to track any dirt through Saotome's house. Does that scare you?

Rini's hand faltered as she reached for the doorknob, but she quickly shook her head, gripped it, and opened the door. "Just ignore it. It's not real," she mumbled to herself under her breath as she walked outside and started toward the marketplace, not bothering to look and see if Neo was following. Somewhere behind her, Aki smoothly took off from the roof of the dojo and began to follow, soaring and circling high above the girl.

By the look in her eyes he could see she thought badly of him cutting down the cntainer to pieces, so he said to her "I wasn't showing off. I simply cannot stand trash in the forest or anywhere, and I need practice..."

He followed her to the market, trying to be as nice as he could to his new squad teammate. He followed her steps, and also noticed some starnge behavior, somewhat like his own.

Saotome had awoken to hear people leaving his house."Hmmmm, where are they going?" He then got up, and put on a black robe. He was still in his underware, which was a speedo for him. He grabbed a pair of pants and walked out of his room. His hair was not in a pony tail or some kinda hairstyle, so it flowed in the wind. he normally didnt keep it down, but he just didn't care today. He then looked around, and seen all the work he had to do today. He summond 4 clones. He sent one to clean the living area, one to clean all the bathrooms, one to clean all of the bedrooms (except for Neo's, he had respect for his space.)and the last one to clean the kitchen. He then was going to tend to the garden and the dojo himself. When bhe had got to the garden, it was still nice, but he could do better.

After long hours, the rooms in the house were done. He had then went to the dojo, dismissing all the clones he had summoned. the dojo still was all muddy and scared from the fire. So he begain raking the ground and takeing all the water from the dojo, putting it back into the pond. He gathered up all the weapons and stuff, putting them back in a drawer. He was kinda happy that his house was up and going. He decieded to see where his students were going.

Sonic ignored Tenkai as the clones appeared.He bowed slightly as he watched the clone perform the hand signs and the jutsu for the first jutsu.Something called Wind Leviatation,to him it sounded like a great tool for battle along with my cards.Sonic tooked out the Ace of Diamonds as he placed it on the ground infront of him.He took a deep breath allowing him time to get his chaka flowing.After a few seconds be quickly performed the hand signs forcing his chakra into them slowly.He focused on the card for a few seconds dirceting his chaka underneth it and began to raise it.As the card began to raise it was very shaky after a few inches it began to stabalize and making it rise began to feel harder.Sonics hand darted through the air grabbing the card.

As Sonic finished the first jutsu he moved onto the second clone.He watched intently as the clone performed the jutsu for him.Sonic was amazed at the amount of control the clone had guiding the kunai into the wall in almost an instant.Sonic thought it would be easy enough as he slowly began to perform the hand signs letting his chakra flow into them.He threw the Ace of Diamonds at the wall as he used his chakra to create a air current for the card to ride on.As the card and the current connected the card began to go faster with every second.As the card hit the wall it plunged deep in.Sonic slowly walked over and pulled the card out wiping it off and putting it back in its deck.

Neo arrived to the front door, but runned around it to one of the ponds nearby, and stopped there with Rini behind his back. "We're home Rini-chan!" he said warmly, and a bit happily.

He wondered inside himself My head... suddenly it doesn't hurt at all. What happened? though he was happy that, for the first time he had made a friend, and she protected him. He stayed looking at his reflection in the pond, and even took off his cloth, and his hoodie. His hair was black and short, and all the area that the cloth was covering was just full of scars.

Several minutes later, Rini arrived, ambling leisurely to Neo's side and glancing from the pond's surface to him. It took all of her self-control not to gasp at the sight of the scars crisscrossing his skin. She had not been paying much attention that morning to see the ones around his mouth, but now there was no ignoring any of them. Despite her efforts, her smile was a bit forced. "It's your home, Neo. I'm just a guest here for a short time. I usually stay at either Luna-sensei's dojo or with my mother in Yun-sensei's house. Our apartment complex is still being rebuilt from that last attack, so . . ." She shrugged one shoulder, looking back to the surface of the pond. Her mother was still recovering, as well, rebuilding the strength of her heart and lungs. The woman tired rather easily now-a-days, and Yun had been very gracious in allowing the pair to remain in his home.

It still frightened her sometimes to think of how close she had come to losing her mother. Ah, so you are afraid. Rini winced slightly, fisting her hands against her legs. Afraid of loss. Perfect. The genin shuddered at the much-too-pleased sound of the voice -- the voice that was not real, she had to remind herself firmly. It was just her imagination. Nothing more.

Neo noticed from the reflection of her face in the pond, "Scary aren't they? The scars of a past can say almost everything..." he said almost whispering, and then Sammy got back into Neo's pocket, as Neo said "I have never understood what exactly a home is, or owning anything for that matter. My family, even when I was a child, didn't own anything. We lived in fear of any type of shinobi, and they died by the hand of Konoha shinobi. Our Mark of Chaos is a curse, and everyone looked down at us like monsters... I have a scary past. One too long that you might not like. Just as an example... I am known as Death the Kid by the village..." He quickly changed the theme though. Feeling uneasy taht he didn't answer back "Must feel so good to have a mother.." he answered with shy intent, and not knowing what exactly to say.

He still quietly looked at the pond. This helped him remain calm, and not go berserk or fall into tears. He felt at peace just being near water, and especially now that he actually had something to call him own.

Rini was not sure how to respond to the comment about having a mother, soaking in his other words instead. For all her loss, he had lost more. Still, how could the villagers blame him for the death of his parents by the hands of Konoha shinobi? He had not done the act, so curse or not, Neo was not responsible. She shifted with a frown, pushing away the cackling voice in the back of her thoughts to focus on Neo. "What do you mean by 'Mark of Chaos'? Is that whatever was happening to your arm with all the . . . tainted chakra?" she asked, casting a brief glimpse at the limb in question.
