• Renee glanced back as her mother stepped off the ship, rolling her eyes and telling Renee to hurry. Her mother evidentally thought she was being too nice, just as she was with the other servants her mother had that she ended taking care of and- well, letting go.
Renee scoffed and took in a deep breath and let it out as her eyes half rolled as well. The boy was her's in her mother's mind, why did she care how she took care of him?- Renee hooked her arm under his and around him, his arm automatically going around her shoulders, if it was limp or not.- She helped him up and started to slowly ease the way outside.

• They were high in the sky, you could see the tops of the green-green trees and eventually a break where there was a house, so small that it was covered too. All you could see were the tree tops and the little breaks. There were Fluffy-looking trees, skinny trees, fat trees, somewhat short trees, taller trees- all sorts that you could think of but not ONE had anything wrong with it. It was like they were in perfect health. In there somewhere was her home- their home, she corrected in her mind- it's his home now too if he wished it.
Renee walked to the edge of the platform, "No other way down." she told him as her wings flapped out and she stretched them to the sides, taking a deep breath like it felt good to finally move them again.- She walked behind the boy, sliding her arms under his once more and as she lifted up, she took him with her and then slowly descended to the ground.- Renee took ease in setting him down, not like she would do with anyone else. Some of her friends would travel with her sometimes and they would want her to drop them into a tree, or into a pile of leaves or just drop them.- Sometimes it pained her to do so, but they were insistent.
Renee's wings seemingly disappeared with a flash of light once more as she landed beside him and she helped him to walk behind her mother.- Their house wasn't that far away, it was so much easier to walk- said her mom. Renee wanted to fly him there, it would be MUCH easier for him not to walk. She most likely would if anything went wrong or if he asked her too. Renee hated watching him in pain.
