 So What If It Was All A Lie.....
Roxas finished his sandwich and hopped off the counter. He pulled his hood back up and glared at Xigabar as he pushed past him out of the kitchen. He was tired, of the Organization, and of dealing with the little things like the other mans attitude towards him. He took a deep breath and decided he wanted to go for a walk. He walked out of the front doors without a single glance around him, he dropped his robes inside the door, leaving him in just a tank top and black pants. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and kept his head down as he walked, just needing to get out of it all... To think about something else. He ran into Axel along the way, and they found somewhere high to sit, not talk, just sit... They didn't need to talk... Being away from the Organization, even for a little while, had changed things...

Kari opted out, winging a different way when Demyx went to his room, she went to Roxas'. She wasn't really surprised that he wasn't there, rather she was curious as to the reason where he was.
Either way she laid down on his bed, crashing down upon it and breathing it in.
It didn't smell like dust, or dirt, and one would think that by now she would have cleaned her bed; but when did she have the time? With the plans for an overthrow, regular Organization work and everything else, she found herself not having room in her schedule for the simplest of tasks.
She noted that he had one single blanket, snorting at a joke in her head that the cold blooded liked the cold. Kari smashed her face into his pillow, sighing and thinking about wether she should tell him about Sora and the others plan.

Roxas eventually returned to headquarters, just as the sun started to set. He ran downstairs to the laundry room, grabbing the things he'd been drying, and then he climbed the stairs and walked along until he got to his room, popping the door open, he froze, looking at the form on his bed, Kari, gods, could this day get any stranger, everytime he turned around something was happening... He sighed and closed the door behind him, leaning against it "You must really like my room... Although I'll admit the bed is probably more comfortable." he set the laundry down on the desk chair and pulled his comforter off the pile, fluffing it up and laying it on the bed next to her

Kari hadn't been asleep, even though she had wanted to she just couldn't. Of course she was tired, but something was just missing. She couldn't place her finger on it, the equation to figure out her lack of sleep just seemed to difficult - until it walked through the door.
She sat up, scratching her cheek which had cot the uneven linning in his pillow and left a dent upon her face.
"I can only sleep when I'm with you," it was a weird thing to say, but it must have been true since she just blurted the answer out. "I think Demyx has a secret thing for me," she laughed at her own joke a bit, turning her head to the side and flipping all of her hair onto one shoulder.

Roxas sighed softly and nodded "Trust me, his crush his no hidden thing.." he pulled off his Organization robes and his shoes and went around to climb in on his side of the bed, shifting the blankets so they covered both of them "Get some sleep Kari, I have a feeling things are going to be rough in a few days, so you may enjoy the quiet while you can..." Roxas scooted down under the covers on his back and stretched, one arm going above her head, the other coming to rest across his stomach

When he laid down her head simotaieously hit the pillow, groaning as she buried her face in it. "You don't even know the half of it," a few seconds later she awkwardly flipped over onto her stomach, starring up at the high arched ceiling.
"Does that mean I can respond to Demyx's advances?" Kari arched her eyebrow, turning her head to catch a glimpse of Roxas' expression.

Roxas showed no hint of being bothered by her words as he looked over at her, one of his own eyebrows quirked up in response. "If you so wish, I suppose he'd absolutely love it." he shrugged and looked up at the ceiling "After all, Demyx has liked you for ages, he'd probably jump on the chance to be with you." his voice was void of emotion, but his stomach clenched tight at the words as he spoke them.... Demyx... Really... She'd rather choose young, naive, reckless Demyx?

Kari's comical eyebrow raise turned into a quizzical one, but she quickly relaxed her face and looked at the ceiling.
"I guess I should give him a chance then," her shoulders shrugged, moving against the bed and then back down. Really thinking about it she didn't see a reason why she shouldn't, what if he dissapeared when the Organization got distroyed? Shouldn't he be allowed a little bit of rememberance of happiness?
It made her think about the Organization when it disbanded, what would happen to them?
"Roxas? Would you ever think about...you know, joining back up with Sora?" she didn't look at him when she said it, feeling guilty of even saying the option out loud.

Roxas sighed at her words and rolled over to face her, looking her over for a moment and then turning away "That ready to be rid of me Kari? I'm not Sora, we're different, even though we're two parts of one person... I've got my own personality, my own life, my own memories... Why would I want to go from that, to being just a piece of someone else...?"

Kari felt her heart twinge, sorrow and guilt swarming over her; but just for a second.
"N-No! I don't, I don't mean it like that." Her eyebrows had pulled up, but then they just pulled together as her heart calmed down and she kept her gaze onto the ceilings high angles.
"I mean, what if you were to dissappear? Would you rather dissappear or go back to being a part of him?"
In all truth she knew they were different people, but in reality they were the same person; sort of. Roxas was a part of Sora, meaning that Sora wasn't complete, he was missing something.
All in all the situation was complicated, at least when she talked about it to Roxas. She never mentioned it to Sora though, about his missing piece but even talking about it to Roxas was uneasy.
"I'd rather you...I'd rather you go back to him than to dissappear."

Her head slowly nodded, she agree'd with herself and the fact that he agree'd with her as well made her slightly feel better. At least he wasn't brash, he was rational.
"What do you think would happen to everyone if...if the Organization just disbanned?"
This time she did look at herself, puffing up her cheeks while feeling awkward for asking the question.

Kari sat up, messing up the back of her head and making her hair stand up a bit. "Vanish entirely, huh?" She sighed, moving down to the bottom edge until she got off, her hands quickly flipping the blanket back to its original positon.
"I better take Demyx up on that offer than," she rolled her eyes a bit, not too much due to guilt for not making him happy while she still had the time.
Kari shrugged her feelings away, waving her hand into the air like it was no big deal that she would take the lead and ask Demyx out.

Roxas looked over at Kari and nodded faintly. He rolled over and pulled the blankets up close around him, yawning with a sigh "Have fun with that Kari." his voice didn't just lack emotion now, it sounded dead, like there was nothing left for Roxas. And in a way, it was true, a cold ball had settled in his stomach, a mix of rage, anger and sadness... Surrounded by a shield that had protected him from feelings un-needed for so long...
