Mine would have to be Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast (oh, how I loved you sega.....). A lot of people didn't like the 3D sonic games, but this one, each story and even the music I liked. It's a game I can play again and again (especially now that I hijacked the system to my room :3).
Runners up would be Shining Force (such a good old fashioned RPG!) and Fate/Extra for the PSP. Playing it through now with the weakest servant possible to challenge myself.

The first game I ever fell in love with...well there were actually 5. Double Dragon SNES the reason was because the first game I played with my Brother.
Mario Bros...it'sa me Mario nuff said.
The legend of Zelda ocarina of time. The game itself is a masterpiece combat, story even the graphics.
Metal Gear Solid an amazing story, epic boss battles and cutscenes though cyborg ninja's first encounter was scary to me. Till this day I still play the series and cry at every ending.
Spyro I really loved that game, the idea of playing as a dragon was a very cool concept I remember spending hours playing it trying to get orbs

I'd have to say The Legend of Zelda was the first game I fell in love with. It was definitely the first series. With Lunar done by Working Designs for the Sega CD and it's series a close second. I remember fond memories of them both and I would play them again. However recently Dragon Age has completely stolen my heart and has gotten more replays out of me then either of the first two mentioned.

Truly~? ... Breath of Fire III
Until now, I love it for the following reasons:
- great storyline -easy-to-use and compact battle menu -cute chibi sprites -great soundtrack -first RPG to fall into my lap -first game I've ever owned and finished by myself :3

Ape escape for the ps 1
This game is on par with ocarina of time as far as how perfect it is
even if u beat the game there is something else to do
when u beat the game you get the punching glove which is the most badass item ever it destroys ANYTHING
also if you go back to every level and catch every monkey you get to go to peak point matrix where you fight specter and catch him
after you beat the game you have to go back to every level and find all 40 specter coins to unlock the mini games
after beating all 3 mini games you unlock time trial and must obtain gold on every level which is not easy to do at all.
and also spike made an appearance in ps all stars wielding akimbo stun clubs something i always wanted in the original game
personally i would like to see the remake pumped and primed to be released on the 3ds and use the same kind of controls ocarina of time 3d did

Probably the first two Harry Potter PC games. As well as this one Playstation 1 game that involved playing as various Godzilla-ish monsters and smashing various cities around the world to bits, climbing skyscrapers and stuff. So addicting.
