There was the sound of bare feet on the floor as Yuri walked passed the living room again and went into the small kitchen. His boots were still wet and there was no way he was putting those on until he was ready to leave.

Eventually there was the sound and smell of coffee as it started to brew. Plus more sounds of tinkering in the kitchen as Yuri started to make some breakfast after popping a few aspirin he'd found in Dove's bathroom. Apparently he had no problems with helping himself to things.

When he crossed through the room, she waited for him to pass before watching him, still trying to quell the panic bubbling in her stomach. Surely they hadn't... She couldn't remember that, only kissing and warmth... Though she guessed it didn't matter so much.. she had already given up.

While he worked in her kitchen, she found a way to force herself to her feet and to the couch, sweeping her hair back from her face before curling and setting her face in her hands, trying to quell the pounding in her head and the soreness of her entire body. The sounds were loud, and the lights bright... How was one suppose to start shaking a hangover...? Tea sounded good. Water sounded good.

With a sigh, she forced herself to her feet again and headed into the kitchen, the blanket still wrapped around her shoulders as she passed Yuri to the refrigerator, obviously not worried that he was helping himself. He'd probably be nice and share, anyway. Once a bottle if water was obtained, and her back was pressed to the edge if the counter, she spoke, though it sounded more like a weak groan. "Good morning..."

WHT was worse, the fact that she was greeting him in her home as she had Abel, or the fact that she couldnt even remember if the situation was even similar...?

Yuri quickly noticed when Dove finally rose from the floor like some kind of zombie. His eyes following her as she went to the fridge and croaked out a greeting.

"G'morning," he said back. "Here..." he then offered her the bottle of aspirin he had taken out of her bathroom.

"You remember anything I told you about hangovers?" he asked with a crooked grin. "The water's a good start."

She shook her head quietly, accepting the bottle of aspirin without lifting her eyes from the floor. No, she didn't really... She wasn't remembering much at the moment...She could, however, hear the grin in his voice which was both a relief and a worry. He wasnt awkward or in as much hazy dull throbbing pain as she was, or so it seemed. But it was kind of the same greeting the other man had given her...

"Take a couple of those and drink some water. Hangovers are from dehydration. Some coffee and food will help too."

With that said, he stepped past her a pour some of the now finished coffee into a couple mugs that he pulled out after a few moments of searching. One of the mugs was set aside for her when she was ready.

"Hope you like, omelettes," he told her as he went back to the stove.

She nodded again, though her head protested, and took the recommended amount of asprin before doing her best to drink the entire bottle of water. After a few minutes, she sat it aside, and looked to the coffee... She didnt even like coffee...

However, she took the mug, and drew some creamer from the fridge, mixing a generous amount of it into her coffee before taking a slow, tentative sip and looking to Yuri. "Omelettes are good..." she said finally, her voice soft but heavy. How to even voice the questions on her mind...

She leaned against the counter to watch him, then finally just asked, "What happened last night, Yuri...?" in a weary voice. "We didnt...did we?"

Yuri went about making the omelettes, glad that Dove seemed to approve. The man taking a moment to sip at his coffee just as she asked her question. He then put it down and looked at her sidelong. He knew what she was asking of course.

"No," he said simply, then went back to making their breakfast.

Relief washed over her, the tension vanishing visibly in her limbs. "Okay..." she sighed, closing her eyes again. For a few more minutes, she was quiet, and then took a sip from the coffee, silently begging for the medication to kick in. "So what did happen...?"

"Not much," Yuri said honestly. And really not much had actually happened. They'd both been drunk, her more than him... and were just acting rather silly.

He then used a spatula to take an omelette out of the pan and put it on a plate. Just then a couple pieces of bread popped up on the toaster too, one of then put on the plate with the omelette before being handed to Dove.

She accepted the plate with a soft 'thank you' and a look of apology, deciding not to pursue any more information at the moment. If he felt anything like she did at the moment, she was sure he didnt want to be pestered by questions, and though it bothered her that she didnt have a clear picture, her main concern had been relieved.

Feeling impeccably small, she moved toward the bar diving the kitchen and living room and forced herself into a tall chair, offering the ones around her to Yuri in silence.

It took Yuri a few more minutes to finish making his own omelette, during which there was a bit of an awkward silence. But once he'd gotten his food together, he picked it up along with his coffee and joined her on one of the chairs at the bar. He then began to eat, apparently not having any comment about what had happened.

He really wasn't sure what to say.

Her head throbbed as she ate the food he had made, and she found herself thinking that she would probably be more appreciative of how good it was if she was sure she wouldn't throw unit all up again later. Her stomach wasn't upset, but everything else felt sore and weak.

"Do they all feel like this...?" she sighed in a soft groan, rubbing her temples before she took another bite. "And why can't I remember anything?" Maybe anything was an exaggeration, but she didn't really care at the moment...

"Some are worse than others," Yuri told her while his mouth was full of omelette. He then swallowed it with some coffee and continued. "Depends on how much you drink and what. Memory loss is just part of getting drunk. It happens sometimes, especially if you drink a lot."

He just shrugged and continued eating. He was use to it and had a fairly high pain tolerance. Plus he hadn't gotten as drunk as Dove had last night.

She sighed, and continued to eat her omelette, pausing to force herself to take another sip of her coffee, in hopes that it would quell some of the symptoms. "I'm not a fan of the aftereffects..." she told him, tucking her hair back again. Ew... her hair was gross...

Unlike Yuri, Dove had very little tolerance, if any, because she wasn't used to drinking, and she wasn't even entirely sure he had finished his whole glass of...whatever that had been. "So..on a scale of one to ten... how drunk was I...? That you can remember."

"I don't think anyone is, but most people think it's worth it."

After all, there was plenty of people who still decided to drink despite hangovers. "There are ways to prevent or lessen it though." Which was certainly true, and of course it all depended on the person.

The corner of his mouth turned up a little though at her question. "I'd saaaay... about an eight."
