The only japanese import arcade game I'v gotten to play is king Of FIghters, and GUndam Seed Destiny. Both very fun.

It says "A" not "X" so I'm assuming Gamecube.

Well those are english letters... So it's either PAL, or it's an early version of the game screenshot. Something before its release maybe...
