Roxas had a blank expression. "I. . See." He sighed.

"You're right. . Thats a lot! Very odd that it all disapeared so suddenly!" She answered keeping her pace as she followed Maya.

Maya sighed and held her head. "Okay, so what was it everyone wanted again? Might as well buy all of the ingrediants while I'm here. Y'know in case anything else has gone missing in the past 48 hours..."

Axel sweatdropped. "Why did you think you'd be able to bake of all things?!"

"I don't know! I felt as though I could do it...."

"And so for that, you wasted all the cake mix...?"

"Well, I didn't know what kind of cake she liked, so I made it all....." Demyx admitted shyly.

"Are you gonna tell her?"

Demyx's eyes got wide. "Of course not! She'd kill me!"

Kuroi nodded. "Good idea.

"At least your intentions were good."
 

[MayaTheNobody]

Maya nodded. "Okay...so that means that I should buy milk and eggs...Becuase those run out really fast....so two gallons of milk and 3 dozen eggs...That should feed everyone...for like 3 days max...." Maya sighed and began picking out what she needed for the cake.

"Maybe you're right..."

"Good intentions or no, you wasted a lot of food there...."

Demyx's eyes went wide again. "Axel! You're not helping!"

Kuroi nodded. "That sure is alot."

"Don't worry, It's the thought that counts. . ."
 

[MayaTheNobody]

"Hey, just because we're Nobody's doesn't mean we don't have Human needs...So, feeding fourteen big eaters is never easy....that's why we only have dinner together, all of us, like once every two weeks...I usually cook with only a little help and Demy is banished for an hour..." Maya looked on the shelves and started picking out cake mixes and frostings.

"I hope you're right...."

"Maya's reasonable...she wouldn't be so harsh on just cake mixes..."

Kuroi nodded. "That sure is alot."

Roxas nodded. "Don't worry about it too much."

 

[MayaTheNobody]

"Okay...that's everything...should we get back now?" Maya asked with a smile.

"O-okay....."

"Dem, relax. She's not gonna run out on you again because you wasted cake mix!"

"You're right... I jsut don't want her to be mad at me... I mess up a lot...."

"Yeah." She asnwered, returning the smile.

"If you explained she'd understand. They should be back soon. . "

"C'mon! Portal time!" Maya smiles at Kuroi and creates a portal for them to get back home with.

"yeah...you're right...."

She followed Maya though until they reached the other end. "Back." She said quietly.
"Got everything?" Roxas asked.

"yup!" Maya smiled at them.

"Dem has something to tell you..."

"What is it, Demy?"

"uhm...well...I wsa the one who wasted all the cake mix....ButitwasonlysoIcouldmakesomethingforyou!!!"

"You...what!?!" Maya raised her hand angrily.

Demyx winced, awaiting the pain.

Instead, Maya placed her hand on his cheek and kissed him. "Thanks. I know you're not good at cooking, but you tried. That's the important thing...But this time, leave the baking to me, okay?"

Demyx nodded, dumbfounded and speechless.

"Oh. That's what happened then."

"Just like I said."

Maya giggled and stuck her tongue out. "Okay! Time to bake!" Maya smiled and began her baking. She took out two bowls from the cabinets and opened the cake mix. As she was cooking, she hummed a little song.

"So, uhm...now what? Yeah, we wait for the cake, but as we wait...?"

"That's a good question... Any ideas?"

Roxas turned to Kuroi. "Where are you from anyway?"

Kuroi looked up. ". . . Hailstone Terrain." She blinked.

"That's quite far."

"Oh? Hmm. I should check back their sooner or later. . I hope it's not in ruins by the time I make it back."
