I like it, but you should probably find some way to match the hair with more than just wristbands.
Though I enjoy the fact that the eyes stand out.

9/10 I like it, but the purple of the knife is stuck between not standing out enough and still being conspicuous. That's what I thought too. Removed the background. Any better?

7/10. Did you know the Beatnik and SLIK skirts layer as pants, allowing you to layer under that skirt? Both have a variation in black that might help add more balance to the bottom.

7/10 it needs something in the lower right corner for balance, maybe a Coal Sprite, and a few more hints of gold and white to match the bits on the top hat.
