-Zephyrotica- Allegro -Zephyrotica- They could ban every single one of us for absolutely nothing right now. neutral I'm on the kill floor and I know it. "They" is a bullshit term. Your case isn't viewed by every single moderator on Gaia. An individual is going to look at it and make a judgment call. Not every moderator is super strict, and not every moderator is lenient. The fact is, making assumptions won't help at all right now. That's exactly why I'm worried, 'Llegro. Not every moderator is fair. In fact, very few of them likely are; they're all volunteers. The system is flawed; I'm being judged by one person who doesn't know the situation and won't offer me a chance to explain anything they may find suspicious. They're already treating me like a criminal; they won't tell me what they think I did wrong, or even who is handling my case. How can I draw any conclusion except that this will end in a ban? EDIT: @Cookie: I bought an Ancient Naginata at 1.5 million gold last night when it was retailing for 2.5 million gold, that's the only thing I can really think of; besides that I've been selling hoards. But catching a misprice isn't against the Terms of Service; it was suggested by the Q&A forum that the item may have been hacked, but even then, I don't see how it's my fault, it's not like I hacked it. Like the stanford prison experiment. People put into positions of power turn into assholes. Why can't our mods be Gaia's mods. I mean, they seem like pretty reasonable guys. Going over my history, I have a sinking feeling that this might have something to do with the very first trade I made on this account: recovering my Golden Laurels.
If that's the case, I'm shafted. gonk They won't talk to anyone except the bann-ee about their banning, so I couldn't get Yamato to vouch for me and say he gave them back willingly, nor would they honor any pleas I made from the LPS account.
