Meta Knight (Kinda)
Bowser
Wario (Chaotic, not aligned with villains but causes destruction)
R.O.B (Hundreds of droids which are programmed to attack. The real R.O.B is a good guy though.)
Wolf
Link (Dark Costume)
Samus (Dark Costume)
Mr. G&W (Glitching)
