Yeah but the simple fact of you having it, like Naruto, he was able to learn the Kage Bunshin just because of that, if he was a reg Genin, he would Not have enough Chakra to learn it. Just having it makes you a bit better.
and like the fact that wounds would heal, this was all happening BEFORE he learned about or how to control it.
