It's really cool, but it just crosses two themes that aren't mixing that well for me-> hipsterschoolboy/cool-a** warrior. I like the colour scheme, for sure, but unfortunately, I have to give you an 8.5 for clarity.
I think my biggest problems are the red beret-hat-thing and your glasses. They seem to stick up as out of place, and the scarf is almost too vividly red.

It's a real-world variation, I can tell.
I did it before. It's nice, but then you realize you can customize your avatar funky for a reason, you already see enough of you razz
I like the intention, but it's just a decent avatar.

Your avatar always looks like the same character with updates every time I see it.
In this case, I'd say you're about an 8.5-> mainly because you're awesome, ILI, and your ideas always seem to shine.
