And the only things they did right in SC5 was the net coding and the character creation. Everything else about the game was either rushed or just s**t in general.

(Personal Gripe: GIVE ME BACK THE SOLE BLACK CHARACTER IN SOUL CALIBUR!!!!!!)
Story: Introduced new characters solely for new plot and only used a couple of the old characters (Ivy, Edgemaster, Sigfried, Voldo, Maxi)
Killed off some favorites (Son-Mina, Cassandra, Talim, Taki, Sophitia, Xianghua)
ignored Fan Story (XianghuaXKilik, instead she went with some other guy that they don't even explain)

Nah, I know truth. The truth that SC5 was a shitly produced/rushed game
good netcode = better matches
great character creation; Soul Calibur's Specialty.
I have played 2, 3, 4, and 5.
3 had, in my opinion, a great story (wish they implemented that into SC6+)
5 had great character creation.
