Apparently I need that to wake up Snorlax but I'm too lazy to look. xd You get it from Fuji (?) at the top of Pokémon Tower. Do you have the Silph Scope? fff- Nope. I basically just beat Surge. He said the thunderbadge would let me fly at any time. wtf i cant fly Where do I get the Silph Scope? You can't get it yet. If you go through Diglett Cave, you can get the Flash HM from one of the Aides. After that, go back to Cerulean City and find a small path off to the right blocked by a tree. Cut down the tree and keep going. Oh, hey, thanks. xd No problem.
