The Hunter Clan Casino (An RP)

She didn't even bother to look in the direction of the attack, a golden purple barrior appearing between her and the shot, though mostly this was to prevent the girl she was talking to from being backlashed by the attack. ".. hmm.. week.."

Megumi spun around to look at Kyralae and stopped in her tracks when she saw that Kyralae was floating. This shouldn't have suprised her (since she could fly herself) but that and the fact that she hadn't expected her had made her stop. "Who..." she started, but before she could finish the clone shot the rounds off at them. Luckily for her, Kyralae stopped the bullets but the rudeness of the clone's attack got Megumi riled up. "....do you think you are, interupting a conversation just like that?!" Megumi shot the hook from one of her tonfas, which wrapped around the clone. It tighted, pulling the clone along at a quickening rate. Megumi's eyes turned bright magenta red, her wings appearing suddenly as the clone came into range. "You rude Idiot!" She yelled, punching the clone hard and sending him flying into other clones. Megumi sighed and looked back at Kyralae. "Now, who exactly are you?"

She giggled silghtly. "Interesting attack.. and my name is, Kyralae, though I don't really see why that's important.." She shrugged and pushed her over grown bangs behind and ear. "And you never explaned what was going on." Kyralae smiled, grabing the burning rune from it's string on her hat. She held onto it tightly and focused on a small group of clones, maybe 5-6 clones, within seconds the clones caught on fire, the flames were a blue color that faded to purple. Letting out a heavy sigh she threw the rock, that once held power aside. "I knew these were week.."

as a number of the clones ran on at the two the rest of them began to attack the casino patrons driving them out of the casino
many turned becoming werewolves herding the patrons out of the building forcing them away as the rest focused on the two who put up a fight

"Perfect." Kyralae smiled michiviously as she began to glow brightlywith purple and pink swirls floating around her. "Good luck, you humans need it." The words were thoughtfull, but Kyralae didn't wait for the girl to digest the words before she charged right into the swarm of clones, the whisps that floated around her set the clones they touched on fire.

"THat's because I don't know what going on, except there are some very rude..." She didn't finished because Kyralae had already left. "Hey!" Megumi pouted a bit, but she didn't have much time, what with being attacked by a whole bunch of clones. She pushed off into the air, moving out of the reach of the few in front & attacking again.

Kyralae forcefully side kicked a werewolf clone, which caught aflame and was set flying into other clones which caught on fire as well. "Girl," Kyralae looked up at Megumi. "can you use essence runes?"After she spoke she had to throw off a flaming were clone that thought it could chew on her, stupid as the idea was.

Kyralae ought to have been paying more attention to the fight at hand. Her fire was doing absolutely no damage to the werewolves. In fact, it appeared to be healing them and making them stronger. Sixteen werewolves took the opportunity to bite down into her left leg when she tried to throw one of their flaming brethren off. It continued to chew on her as others began to fire at her and her companion.
Megumi would soon be in reach once more, even in the air.
The doors and windows of the casino burst inwards and legions upon legions of werewolves entered the building. They filled it almost to the brim, climbing on top of one another. This did nothing to hinder their fighting style, but would make it very very difficult for the two non-clones to even do so much as move.
Many more waited just outside, ready to attack at a moment's notice.

"Use what?!" Megumi said, paying more attention to her fighting than the conversation now. More and more just seem coming! She thought as she was backed into the ceiling.

She sighed a little angrily. "That's it!" She yelled, placing her bonfas back on her hip holder & turning to the wall "I'm really sorry about this but, this ceiling's in the way!" She punched the ceiling, cracks appearing almost imediatly. large chunks of wood and stones along with everything that was in the ceiling started falling onto the clone troups. it wasn't long before there was a huge hole where the ceiling had once been, giving both Megumi and Kyralae more room to move around as well as hurt some of the werewolve clones.

Megumi flew way out of the reach of the werewolves. What now? THere are so many of them. If only there was a way to stop them without having to fight all of them or put myself or Kyralae in danger...

Kyralae laughed, a mencingly laugh, the chewing didn't even break her skin, because, in the end she wasn't really flesh at all. "You morons!" Her leg with drew itself and she grabbed the were that had been chewing on it and twisted his neck untill it's head tore off. "I'm seriously geting sick of this!" Fighting had never really been something that EVER intrested Kyralae, no SHE prefered to decive and trick people into getting her what she wanted, but now she had to fight. She shot solid glowing orbs flying into the crowd and it ripped giant holes into the beasties. "IF I EVER SEE THAT MAN WHO 'HIRED' ME AGAIN I'LL RING HIS NECK!" She fumed as she snapped another beastie's neck.

No matter of how many "beasties" she destroyed, there were always a hundred more to take their place.

Megumi was running out of ideas. More and more werewolfs seemed to be coming and there were only two of them. Looks like I'll have to use it... She took the small yellow fanny pack she had on and reached inside, pulling out a dried plant with large leaves and small brown flowers. They had been bundled together so that Megumi didn't have to touch the plant. She threw it towards Kyralae. "Kyralae! Light that on fire, quickly!" Megumi yelled, pulling out a hankercheif and putting her fanny pack back on.

This plant was Henbane, poisonous plant that could kill in a matter of minutes if not treated. As soon as it was lit on fire, the fumes from the plant would cause nausia, and drowsyness along with dylirium (sp). If more was inhailed, death would occur through respitory arrest after the victim had fainted. Even if it didn't kill all of the enemies, it would at the least confuse and waeken them. Megumi was high enough away from the floor that the fumes shouldn't reach her but she had her hankercheif just incase and her immunity level was much higher than the normal persons. Hopefully, Kyralae realized what it was and got out of the way or wouldn't be affected by the poison.

The plant lit up in a slow burning yellow flame, as Kyralae continued to fight as if she hadn't even heard Megumi. Tearing off heads here, crushing bodies there, whatever it took to make sure they were dead.. she had as long as it would take, though she was growing bored of the battle.

She wished she could use a special attack against the beings, but the time wasn't right for her to do so and maintain herself, no, she could kill all of them.. but.. she would only do enough to still keep her being.

"Girl," Kyralae yelled, having still no idea what the girl's name was. "I'm going to go to the top floor and start ushering them out.." She paused, a bright flicker popped above her, like a crackle in a crackling fire. ".. I've put a barrior around the building so more won't get in." With that she teleported to the top floor and begain to kill all the beasties up there.

"Hey! Don't leave me here to fight alone! Jeeze..." Megumi hovered above the now potent cloud of smoke from the herb, only attacking the few wolves that made it above the cloud, it seemed that the henbane was working. The werewolves were becoming slower and weaker than before. She couldn't see what was happening below the cloud but she could guess that it wasn't pretty. Still holding the hankerchief to her face, Megumi waited for all signs of activity for the werewolves to stop.

After all the clones on th 10th floor had been killed she sealed off the floor and teleported down to check on Megumi. "I see you're still alive." Kyralae floated next to the girl as she looked down at the smoke below. "Smoke rises you know.. would you rather be on a higher floor?"
