The Robot seemed intent not to die, clinging to what little electronic life it had left as it slammed Enzo down again, this time sending the Reaper into the dirt.

"Get... OFFA ME YOU DAMN METAL PALOOKA!" Enzo roared, finally at his whit's end. He reared up, fists waving before landing a punch firmly in what he assumed was the robot's face.

What was that look he was giving her? Olivia had no idea; was he asking for her help on this? She responded with a very innocent shrug. Because really, she was probably the last person he would have wanted advice from (even though she wasn't clear he was looking for it). The wight had no idea what to do, he actually seemed to be doing okay with what he was doing and well, Olivia actually liked all this. Seemed to be against the grain in this class.

Mia seemed to be doing much better though, being wrapped up in Molan's arms like that. So, she gave the other ghoul and hopeful kind of smile even though she rather innocently stated, "you wore very interesting shoes for a junkyard."

Yeah, that probably didn't help.

Right. Excellent. Success. Mia seemed to have calmed down a bit, so despite Olivia's potentially brilliant assistance he had never gotten things were turning out ok. Minus his robes. Those would need more washing, if that would even work at this point.

At least he knew the wonders of layers. Which meant none of it was getting on him, so it was all good. Though she had gotten an owlish stare back before she did bury her face again. Because really, part of him didn't see how this was all that much reason to be misunderstood. He was just making sure she didn't get hurt, really. No one could judge him for being thoughtful. "It's fine, don't worry." They were ruined anyway. He replied since he'd managed to catch the mumbled useless bit. She wasn't making that much of a mess considering what the bot had done. Though it was probably a good thing that Andrew was staying in his tree since Olivia alone wasn't going to help with her observation.

Not that it wasn't valid.

"Well, there wasn't any real indication we'd be digging around a junkyard, or fighting in one?" He offered, hoping it would keep any further outbursts at bay as he gave Olivia a slight look. Then mouthed a 'please don't set her off again.' silently to the ghoul. "I wasn't properly dressed for this either?" He added, glancing at the tattered ends of his robes. They'd truly seen better days.

When the trashbots attacked, Merope was in the process of picking out the shards of mirror he had imbedded into his fist. With a curse he snatched at his broken mirror as he jumped to his feet. As soon as he caught sight of the incoming trashbots he began to slam his fists into it, regaining the shards of glass as his trashbot closed the distance between them.

CRUNCH!

Glass scraped against metal and bone as Merope's fist connected with the trashbot. The undead boil stared as the metal gave way slightly under his fist, pushing the mechanical device back. He did that? Merope could hardly believe it. He turned the palm of his hand towards him, inspecting it to make sure it really did belong to him.

A quick zap from the trashbot shook his awareness. Merope brought his fists up and struck again.

Merope lashed out with his fists again, jabbing with his left to follow with a right hook. He could hear something crunch in his hands, but whether it was the trashbot he was attacking, the glass, or the bones in his very hands he couldn't tell.

The trashbot quietly hummed, the noise fading away until it stilled. Merope kept his fists up, staring and waiting for it to move again. Ten seconds passed before Merope lowered his fists, staring dumbfounded at the trashbot.

"No way. No. Way." Merope took a step forward and knelt, rapping a talon against the trashbot's ocular sensor.

It took a while for Etzer to calm down as he glared up at the fire demon, but he turned his attention away as the trash bots... started to invade.

What.

This was playing out almost exactly like one of his novels. He got this.

Twisting the shirt akin to a wet towel, the frost demon stepped back and lashed it out at the trash bot, wincing as the trash bot hit him. Well, that did nothing.

Attempting again, the frost demon lashed out a second time, aiming for its ocular eyes. He managed to crack one, confusing it for just a moment as he backstepped to get a better view of the damage he did.

Not much.

For a brief moment, Etzer thought about slipping the shirt on to dazzle his opponent, but the mere idea of wearing such a gaudy shirt was a complete turn off.

Missing a step as he walked backwards, Etzer grimaced as the trashbot was overcoming him. It looked like he had no choice. Sliding the shirt on with a grimace, the frost demon stunned the thing and made it pause, staring at him with an unknown expression.

He hoped Molan wouldn't see.

Still wearing the shirt, Etzer climbed back up as the thing remained confused, finally taking it off after he stunned it a second time.

Glancing up to survey his surroundings, Etzer made a face as he stared at the shirt. What other things could he do with it...?

Maybe he should have picked something else, like the large bowl. He could have at least used that as a shield or something.
