So I had a mix of LOTR, The Dark is Rising, and ATLA in my head last night, and had the most interesting dream.

There are people called Ring Wielders in Earth. Each ring gives the Wielder an element which they master, and the Wielders can learn up to 2 elements. In order to learn a second, they must master the first, however. The elements are Water, Wind, Nature, and Fire. Long ago, the gods and goddesses of the elements chose to give their powers to humans to use and defend one another if they so wished, and transferred the power through rings. The motto of the Ring Wielders is, "We do not serve the gods, only respect them". This means the Wielders are taught to fight for nobody other than themselves and those around them, so long as they respect the power they are given and use it responsibly.

There is a man named Kaswic who is a master of Water, and he does not believe this. He wants to become an elemental god himself and believes he is better than the goddess of Water, therefore giving him the incentive to fight for this. He believes that the gods are to be served, not respected. He could care less if people respect him as long as they are under his command. So Kaswic starts fighting and gathers Ring Wielders together. If a Wielder has mastered their element, it is bound to their finger and nobody can ever remove it. If they have yet to, it can be removed and destroyed.

In the dream, I am Magnus Blue (the fantasy version of myself I use in all my daydreams), which means Great Blue. I am a master of Water and Wind. Kaswic captures me and a ton of other Wielders, and says that he will destroy the rings of whoever has yet to master their element, but if they've mastered it he will make them part of his servant group unless they are a Water master in which they will become part of his army. Everyone is terrified of Kaswic except me, because I have a great plan to escape. I cloak my Wind ring so I only appear as a Water master, and when he comes by and sees me to evaluate me, he forces me into his army unwillingly. However, I rebel and shoot out my feathered wings and take to the air as I fight him, then start setting his current prisoners free using an elaborate plan of some sort that I forgot when I woke up. Then the rebellion starts, and all around the world, Kaswic tries to chase me as I defend the Ring Wielders.

Eventually, I get to the final battle with Kaswic and, instead of taking him down, I tell him, "All false gods fall someday. Nobody serves the gods, only respects them. And if you have disrespected them, then by every means you must pat the price." Then, I extract the power from his ring and smash it, and send him to the realm of the gods to serve them as punishment (in the eyes of the elements gods, service is punishment).

However, the gods realize what I did was forbidden, because no Wielder can take the power of another Wielder without the consent of that elemental god or goddess. But then, Himeir, the god of Wind and my former elemental teacher for the wind, comes to my defense and says there was nothing else I could have done, and that it is foolish for anyone to think what Kaswic did is right. Then, everyone eventually agrees, and I am set free to Earth again, everyone being free to use their element as they wish.

Friend: *walks into class*
Friend: Hola. ¿Cómo estás?
Me: *in decently fluent Spanish* Eh. Así así. ¿Tú también o no?
Friend: You speak Spanish?
Me: Si. Hablo con amigos en el internet.

Me gusta mi escuela solomente por las clases de los artes, y Español. Y mis amigos también. Pero de otra manera, no me gusta escuela en general para razones obviosos.

To top it all off, I can't go to YET ANOTHER CONCERT!!! They say 3rd time's a charm, but that's 3 times now... Maybe one day when I'm rich and famous...

I've been playing Riders of Icarus since its very first beta test. I'm really surprised at how much the gameplay has improved since just that first test a few months back. The team's been great with listening to the community and their requests, and I'm happy with that. I can't wait until the game goes into full motion and I get to start playing with countless others. Hopefully the game servers won't get too clogged and lag even more (my lag is already awful...).

A song I'm working on which is a direct sequel to "Curse Mygar's Name" in which the heroes are reborn to fight once more. What better to do than to write music nonstop when you're in a bad mood?! biggrin

I've decided this is the universe I will tell through song. There will be one more prequel song, and then the legitimate story will begin. It will be an adventure told through song with all eight heroes, Mygar, and Neros.

Welp tomorrow morning I go to see just how much I need done for this painful fracture...

On the other hand, Wednesday will be my job interview! I've set up my resume, and since I'm bilingual I have a feeling I'll have a good chance of being hired!

So the fracture is actually really easy to heal! It's hardly bad, just hurts like hell. But yeah, I just needed a different splint that supports my thumb since that area is where I have the fracture. In 6 weeks, I'm hoping to be allowed to stop wearing it, and take my purple belt test in martial arts.
