To do so, the user must spend [10] chakra, plus [5] more per rank higher starting at C, to the cost of the technique. (E&D-[10],C-[15], B-[20], A-[25]) The technique cast still takes the same amount of time to cast and is not instant. Addtionally, the user can pay the same cost per rank for bukijutsu techniques to make them complex and cause deeper wounds/contusions.

The target will also be given an effect based on the element used lasting one post per rank. These effects can stack.

Twin Falchons: Pending. So we cannot kill without consent. "Horribly damage" is a good way to rephrase that. While I'm okay with the big boom version, please get rid of firing the spears. Also tai and bukijutsu already has limitations when it interacts with ninjutsu. Please disregard those pieces that you have in your custom.
Ice Sword: Seven Slice Dance: Pending. Ice requires chakra, so at the very least this is complex.
Ice Devil: Frozen Shadow Warrior: Pending. Take out that piece of info about making overwhelming.

Character: Hīryu Aogawa Technique Name: Ekibiogami [ God of Decay ] Rank: S - S+ Type: Dōjutsu Element: Sharingan • Blaze Release / Hyōton • Ice Release Description: Ekibiogami is a powerful dōjutsu that originates from the Mangekyō Sharingan of Hīryu Aogawa. A unqiue and specialized form of ninjutsu, it allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats -- the spread of plague, and incinerating sub-zero winds. Ekibiogami allows the user to freeze and burn anything, along with creating and increasing the severity of afflictions/diseases. The side of the eye using the technique determines the range and detailed properties. Ekibiogami can create a black miasma capable of inflicting targets with deathly illness, as well as creating slicing black winds capable of simultaneously freezing and incinerating almost anything down to a molecular level. Hīryu is immune to both aspects of this ability.
→ Left Eye vs. Right Eye The Left Eye's primary use of Ekibiogami is to release a black miasma in a 20 foot radius around Hīryu, or anywhere he desires in his line of sight of the same size, both of which can obscure vision. Anywhere Hīryu moves, the miasma will follow as it is produced by his body. If the miasma is projected, it will not follow him. This miasma can be spread or moved with the use of Fuuton techniques, increasing it's range and utility. Anyone, friend or foe, in close proximity (5 feet~) to the miasma will develop an unknown chakra disease, and must be cured through Medical ninjutsu within the next ten [10] of the afflicted's posts, or they will succumb to their illness and die. Similarly, anyone who makes direct contact with the miasma will contract the same illness, however they must be healed within five [5] of their posts instead due to the increased potency. If the target has any negative effects (ie, Frostbite, Dehydration, Poison, etc.) inflicted upon them, they suffer a slight reduction to Fortitude per dose of the affliction they have. The only known medical technique that is capable of curing the disease is Shousen Jutsu [ Mystical Hand Technique ], though higher ranked Medical techniques could theoretically cure it as well. The miasma lasts for five [5] posts.
The Right Eye's primary use of Ekibiogami is based on line of sight and, as such, does not require physical contact to damage a target. Ekibiogami creates black wind at the user's focal point, slashing with simultaneously incinerating and sub-zero winds. The wind will endlessly slice anything that gets caught in it down to a molecular level similar to Amaterasu, disintegrating and freezing the wounds it creates causing severe pain, capable of bringing even the hardiest of shinobi to their knees. If the eye is closed, the wind will cease and dispel.

A person or object struck by this technique can easily be launched about 10 feet away (per rank of chakra applied), sending them into a violent thrown state. The amount of damage that can be caused is also dependent on how much chakra is applied at the time of activation. All weights are in accordance with the Fuuin Storage Quantity System. Gives Speed or strength DR debuffs or even both are applied according to rank used. See below. - D rank: weight is added from a D rank sealing storage value up to 150 lbs. ~~~-Mildly Debuff to speed or strength DR, or both if a C rank of chakra is applied to the heavy seal. - B rank: weight is added from a B rank sealing storage value up to 600 lbs. ~~~-Heavily Debuff to speed or strength DR, or both if a A rank of chakra is applied to the heavy seal. - S rank: weight is added from a S rank sealing storage value up to 2400 lbs ~~~-Supremely Debuff to speed or strength DR, or both if a S+ rank of chakra is applied to the heavy seal. - S+ rank: Weight is added from a S+ Sealing storage value up to 4800 lbs. ~~~-Double Supremely Debuff to speed or strength DR. A single heavy seal placed on an object or person can't go over the max value of a S+ sealing storage or Debuff. All Heavy seals last for 5 posts.

Each place giving a different Descriptive Rank active boots in accordance to DR Active Boost Custom rules and can not exceed body ranks. Limited to one active seal on a person at any given time. At the user's cost these seals can be placed on other people as well. Eyes- Gives active reflex Descriptive Ranks up to double supreme Chest- Gives active Fortitude Descriptive Ranks up to double supreme Arms- Gives active strength Descriptive Ranks up to double supreme Legs- Gives active speed Descriptive Ranks up to double supreme
These seals only lasts three posts no mater what rank you're applying and has a 2 post cool down.

Character: Lahlil Nevarra Technique Name: [ Rem Dea ] Rank: S / S+ Type: Augement / Bloodline Element: - Description: An augement of Seizetsu Kakkou [ Gruesome Form ] created by Lahlil through extensive experimentation of her doujutsu while studying senjutsu under the bats. While Sakkuguan is active this augement allows the user to apply Seizetsu Kakkou [ Gruesome Form ] to others or objects that are not chakra created. Alternatively, the user may further power up this jutsu by paying an S+ ranked amount of chakra. If they do then the user may apply this effect to chakra created effects as well. An enemy may pay the same amount of chakra used to be able to kai the effect away. Additionally, because of the strain on the users eyes this jutsu is the only activation that they may use in the post. This jutsu cannot kill a character outright.
I hate to be a jerk, but this is not a keystone. This is a unique attribute which isn't really covered by keystones. This will have to be looked at another time. I am sorry.

Character: Belamos Karna Technique Name: Pyros Aegis Rank: X Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: Using his control of Katon natured chakra, Belamos will coat his body in a thin layer of the material. The next time foreign chakra tries to enter his body, through genjutsu or other means, this chakra will burn away the foreign entity. Doing this consumes Pyros Aegis. It can only burn away foreign chakra up to the rank it is used at and can only last for two posts per rank cast.
Approved so long as you know that this is a strength and a weakness. Like, you set this up at S-ranked and it can trigger to destroy a B-ranked since they'll be no filter to determine when and when not to use it.

Upkeep is changeable, I wasn't sure what to put. It's only adjusting the output of chakra and temperature, so I'm willing to change it to whatever it needs to be.
Character: Sonyo Rue Technique Name: Medical Stasis Rank: S-rank [ C-rank upkeep ] Type: Bloodline / Eiseijutsu Element: Hyouton Description:Sonyo makes and holds a singular handseal with one hand, then touches someone with another. Spreading from the point of contact, the body's temperature rapidly decreases in a matter of seconds causing a comatose like state. The heart slows, the blood congeals, and most if not all of the impulses to the brain are stopped; this causes the effects of removing the sensation of pain, stopping the movement of poisons/venoms/toxins through the system, and slowing if not completely halting the bleeding response. Once the body has completely frozen in to a death-like state, the user has one post to complete their surgery or operation without the penalty of an upkeep, but is able to take their hands off the patient for that post. This jutsu was created by Sonyo in order to raise survival rates for Field Triage, and requires constant surveillance in order to keep the subject alive, and therefor cannot be used by anyone other than an experienced medical shinobi. The user must be in direct contact every post in some way in order to pay the upkeep and keep the flow of chakra to the afflicted. Due to the combination of Eiseijutsu chakra, this technique does not accrue frostbite stacks.
Character: Onyx Aya Yu Technique Name: Most Holy: Forgiveness Rank: A Type: Genjutsu /Bloodline Element: Description: A touch that matches a frequency in the targets body to cause maximum pleasure... awe you dirty bird! This technique isn't all sexual! The target will instantly find themselves in mid-heat most times, but can develop euphoric contentment physically, mentally, or emotionally until the target's(s') hostility has been reduced. This technique even works for those with chronic/long term mental and emotional problems [ validation seekers/abuse victims/impaired genetics ]. This technique removes all bad terms that the user has with the target and allows the target to forgive them or show mercy. The weakness behind this technique is that the user can never harm the target again or else this technique will never work again. Once this technique is done, the target will be addicted to this stimulation. The user must provide this stimulation consistently enough so as not to ruin the relationship and lose the targets trust forever. This technique can be kai'd to remove the immediate auto-compulsion, but the target still can not harm the user under the same terms and will still face addiction.
Character: Onyx Aya Yu Technique Name: Most Holy: Virgin Rank: B Type: Genjutsu / Bloodline Element: Description: The user accidentally makes a mistake, but their heart is in the right place so those around them can feel it. Usually this technique is preceded with a sound of urgency such as a squeal, scream, cry, or yell. If someone is attacking the user, then this technique will enable another NPC or RPC to come to their aid right on time with the use of Body Flicker at the cost of the user's Body Flicker resource. The user can not attack when using this technique, but may resume battle once the opponent continues to attack. An RPC or NPC can not aid twice a battle and after protecting the user, they must move aside and will not have to defend the user any further. To be honest no one is forced to aid the user, but this technique allows someone to help if they are willing.
Character: Onyx Aya Yu Technique Name: Most Unholy: Circumstances Rank: X [ learned at B-Rank ] Type: Genjutsu / Bloodline Element: Description: When all else fails with other genjutsu and the user can tell they are going to lose their power over a victim, they return to an extremely passive and innocent display. They will give up all control prematurely and let the opponent take advantage and give out demands. As long as the user cooperates the opponent can not kill them. The user however, gives up the right to attack the opponent and may only escape. The user can not attack until they have escaped once after using this technique. The user is open to being killed once again if their escape attempt irritates the opponent enough. [ Which is determined by the opponent ] This technique can be used again if the opponent finds the user. However, this must be done immediately in response to seeing the opponent again. If not this technique will not work until the next time you meet the opponent and must be done immediately every time afterwards. This technique can be kai'd out of, but is very hard for one to notice as they are getting what they want or hurting the user. There really is not much to question especially if one ends up in this genjutsu by breaking out of another genjutsu. This technique only works if the target's body rank is equal or less to the rank of this technique.
Character: Onyx Aya Yu Technique Name: Most Holy: Saint Rank: X [ Learned at B-Rank ] Type: Genjutsu / Bloodline Element: Description: The user gives a fearful "oops" demeanor after upsetting someone. A lot of the times this can change someones mind, but the user has no control over that. This technique will however dampen a blow by 1 rank. This technique can only be used once per opponent and should leave the attacker and the user of this technique on the same page. The user should stay in their place if they have not been put unconscious or killed and the attacker will show restraint after some relief from getting their aggression out. The attacker must stop their assault on the user unless the user does not show any signs of stopping or restraint. This technique can be kai'd, but often most people can't tell they have been manipulated into not beating someone into submission. Usually one doesn't think another is the direct cause for why they don't continue to annihilate their target, they just choose not to. This technique only works if the target's body rank is equal or less to the rank of this technique.

It's called, "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH", but you have to make it sound glorious-like, as if angels were descending from the sky... Well that's how THE MOST HOLY refer to it. After using this technique the user's body language can be used to convey complete thoughts and sentences to those effected by this technique with what appears to be unmistakable implications. However, these implications are not clear at all to anyone else. It won't even look like communication to others, but others will wonder why you are acting a little different or weird. You don't really have to kai this, it doesn't do anything except make my body accessible and readable to you... Pft I'll just block you out myself, you ungrateful -- Tip: You want to not be blocked out of this technique, because that usually means there is a plot occurring that you won't know about. In addition this technique can only effect up to two people at a time.
