Can Mime Jr. learn some new moves? 2. Is there a % of being confused when Mime Jr. uses confusion? I think it's 10%. 3. When are the pokemon gonna come out of the rainbow pool? It's been like five days......

I found the effect: =O Heals the user by half of its max HP during the daytime or 1/4 its max HP any other time. Healing power is doubled in sunny weather and halved in rain.
