Maybe some different hair? His hair is shaved in the bottom pic, and you have hair blowing in the wind.

A bmp or png perhaps? Also, the bottom picture doesn't matter much. You'd probably have better luck editing the animated gif to look like the bottom picture instead of having to create the arms moving like the top one. Amirite? I didn't mean you specifically, just seemed with the way you worded the images that you wanted the bottom one to look like the top. But in reality it's the other way around. =p Which also makes my statement about the low quality mean nilch.
