So, my modem and my computer are both telling me I am running up to 54Mb a second. I like to think that is pretty decent. Yet my download speed for the TF2 thing is maxing out at 54Kb a second. WHAT THE ******** I AM GONNA STAB SOMETHING.

Owwin, close out anything you're not using. Go into the Task Manager and close out processes that you know you don't need. also:
