I just talked to three of the nicest customer service reps ever and I hope all of them are blessed with superpowers, or vast riches, or eternal heath and youth for however long they wish to live, or something else good.
Also their goodness and helpfulness makes me take back any malicious intent aimed at the douchebag earlier. If for every 4 people out there 3 of them are good those odds are good enough for me.
