Apparently this "confirm provider" business only applies to very recent episodes. I don't really like how they've got it set up now. It makes it hard to catch up completely via their website with this setup.

My friend Melissa told me that she managed to convince one of her co-workers to root for me for being hired at her theater. She's already been planting "seeds" into the manager's mind that she should actually hire me this time around. The gal remembers me from last time when I had my interview and liked me ((but felt I might be too timid for the position - hence the reason why I didn't get hired)).

With this amount of positive support on various levels, I'm really hopeful that the "seeds" actually bloom into something.
