Aegina dropped to her knees once she saw that the woman was dead. She was worn out due to her use of spells.

Core slowly pulled his hand out of her back and the woman collapsed, "...S-Steph..." He looked at the woman, whose expression was one of peace. He looked at his bloodied hand then, still in shock from what he did.

Chiasa slowly approached Core and put a hand on his shoulder. She wasn't sure what else to do, but she wanted to help him.

Aislin couldn't stop her smile from fading into a glare when she saw what those people did to her employer, which meant she was next. She stayed quiet, and very still, wondering if she would be killed with a knife to her back or see it coming. She'd never thought about how she preferred to die, but damn Skippy was she was thinking about it now.

Gab shook hard in Chiasa's arms, trying to climb onto her shoulders just to get more distance between Himself and the person who looked like his Lin.

Core's knees shook like he was going to fall over, "The drug should wear off eventually..." He said, referring to Aislin. He ran to the garbage and threw up. He couldn't believe he just killed her...

Chiasa trembled as she felt Core's pain. She knew she was a failure as a Guardian. There was nothing she could do for her Master, or her friends.

"Drugs?" Barick asked. He guessed that would be the reason that Aislin was acting so strangely. Barick planned to guard Aislin until she was back to normal, which he hoped would be soon.

Aislin growled wordlessly at them not even bothering to pretend she was sweet and kind anymore.

Gab yelped at the noise and tried to hid his head in Chiasa's shirt.

Core eventually pulled away from the garbage. He reached for Chiasa's hand for some comfort, "Yeah...It's something that we used to use when we wanted to observe the fighting patterns of certain experiments. It usually only last a few hours..."

Chiasa held Core's hand and cradled Gab with the other arm. She let out a quiet sigh and watched the ground.

Aegina finally got back up on her feet. She was breathing slightly heavily. "So are we done here?" Aegina asked, seeing as the woman was dead. She didn't even consider taking the cage down though.

"She needs to be tied up along with the infected people here. Other than that we're done," Core said.  

[Bullet_Ber]

"Tied up? Why? Aren't they already dead?" Aegina asked.  

[UkyoKuonji2004]

"They are still alive..." Core said, looking at the corpse of the woman he killed, "The guards that were knocked out, they are still alive...I'll send a letter to Deralo or Belkan to capture those who...survived," He gave Chiasa's hand a little squeeze.

"Then we should get to work...." Chiasa said and turned towards the men she could see still breathing.
