Well, over here the legal drinking age is 21, but you see a bunch of 15+ in bars, so obviously there isn't much of an issue made to enforce the law. xd

I dunno... At 14 no matter how big you are there is still a certain something in your eyes that indicates how young you are, not exactly pinpointing 14, but around the youngster area.
