Yeah, Goosey, I was lucky that "Yoder" wasn't taken when I first joined. *seriously ponders who else would want a name such as "Yoder"*
*jealousy in that he wishes he could play D&D or a similar game* I don't even know anybody who remotely enjoys tabletop games, though. My friends would have the patience for such things.

If enough people were interested, I could start a D&D campaign here. I have the books and everything. There would be a lot of information, but I could pull it off. I would just want to know that enough people (AKA at least two) were interested. I tried a D&D campaign in another guild and it died before it lived... crying

I'm sure that many here would be interested. The only problem is how much time people are willing to devote to it. personally, I prefer a percentile system to a dice system, but it doesn't really matter.

*slams book on table* That's it! I need a new roleplay...cause I'm bored. *opens roleplay directory* Grrrr...any suggestions anyone? it must be:
-not futuristic. -fairly literate...as in more than 2 sentences per post .... -intriguing -substantial plot -not one of the ones where people just run about like chickens w/their heads chopped off...

Having the same problem as me, I see.
Mind you, my biggest problem is that most of the roleplays I'm in have people (important people, mind you) that post maybe once a week. Irritation City to a person who posts an average of three times a day.
It's also difficult, because most of the roleplays I've seen are decently far along. It's hard to add in a new player halfway through the current task. Someone needs to start up some new roleplays.

*nods* but I like to add char. halfway through cause it's sometimes fun to figure out how they got there etc. but if no one acknowledges you it's annoying. Another thing that's REALLY annoying is when people have WAY too many personal subplots and they don't tell anyone so you just get confused and they get pissed when you accidently screw up their subplot.
We should devise a new rp together... PM me if you're interested.

Based on your criteria and on how long you have been here, Airplane, I'll be happy to take part if you create one. 3nodding

If you decide to start a D&D campaign, I know of a few that would be interested Katurrah. Maybe even me. ninja
