Seriously, Nintendo, don't use it JUST for a yoga game!
I mean, they can get it so that your pulse could directly affect what happens in the game!
Think Eternal Darkness, well, if they ever decided to make a sequel or something along that lines, maybe the same genre, they could use the Vitality Sensor so the game can tell when the player's pulse is racing, or relaxed, and dynamically change what is happening in the game to either cause your pulse to start racing, or to slow your pulse.
I'm thinking you've been going around for like, ten minutes without anything happening, so the game's AI starts to cause shadows at the corner of the screen, halucinations, and then a whole bunch of enemies to get your pulse going, and if your pulse reaches a certain point, the game's AI will return things to normal, albeit keeping you on your toes.

I HOPE THEY DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS!This idea (albeit really awesome) would not only destroy Nintendo from the inside out with media coverage and warnings and so on, but will cause a bombardment of law suites to rain down a judicial s**t storm; the likes of which will deliver the most prompt bankruptcy ever seen by mankind upon poor defenseless Nintendo as if the cavernous maw of the legal system were to literally spew indictments into the minds of every single citizen above the age of 40 who possesses an aorta. On a more positive note, I do think it would be a lot of fun to have a game that could do this.
I mean, all the Game's AI would do is decide upon your pulse whether or not you were just dicking around, and it would decide to give you something to do. :3
Hmm, safety concerns is not enough. There would have to be a certain point of heart rate where the game would pull the enemies/sanity-affecting away. Or a state of the game where the game doesn't even use the Vitality Sensor. :/ Would be less fun though.
I wanna just see what it'd be like.
Game's AI: Lol, ur dicking around. Hmmm, I know! A mutilated, but nonexistent, hook man! :3
Player: Hurr hurr, let's continue to look through these documents.... AH s**t! D: -runs away-
Game's AI: But oh no, bleeding walls! No wait, not enuff. Lol kay, ino, walls seem to be closing in on you now.
Player: ;A; Nuuu!
Game's AI: D: Ohhh. heart rate is too high! -things return to normal-
Player: D: -shuts off game/changes pants-
I wouldn't want it to be shock-horror, but like, the first Condemned game, where you saw s**t that didn't exist, and things running, and enemies that would pop out of no where and push you down escalators.
Maybe it'd be more effective as a Silent Hill game. :/
EDIT: Well, it wouldn't be the first thing Nintendo's done that surprised the media. Like releasing the uncensored version of Manhunt 2.
