Like Hatsune Miku, he is one of the voices from VOCALOID. In fact I think he was around before she came about.
This is one of the songs he "sang". I'm not sure if that song translates to Vocaloid well, but I'll let it slide since Paprika was awesome. If that's the case, I'm not sure why they packaged it with him. Maybe they're implying something with it? wink 
In this one and only instance, I hope not...Seriously though, they probably just put it in because popsicles are neat. 
I miss the ones shaped like Mario's Head and they have the Bubblegum nose.

Now this makes me wonder why the Kaito Nendoroid, who is a guy, mind you... comes with such a blue freezy treat? What is Kaito from?
