If hermaphrodites toss off and one part touches another, can they get themselves pregnant..???

a perfect hermaphordite...that is with duel completely working organs...is impossible without genetic alteration. so no...at this point in the world a herm could not impregnate itself...in the future if they made them...then yes they would be able to...
