I live in San Diego, which is con-heaven. Besides the ComicCon, Los Angeles is just an hour and a half away, which lets me get at AnimeExpo and GenCon West. whee I didn't get to go to GenCon West last year because we were out of town. This year, oh yeah I'm going!

I've never been to Canada ... but what part do you live in? If you're not too far from the border, you could get to cons in Boston, and in New York if you're willing to put in a longer drive.

Aww, that sucks. I had a friend who went to Nova Scotia on a biology trip and said she absolutely loved it. Someday I'd like to go. 3nodding

I met Piro up at SakuraCon in late April. Sooooo worth skipping my general chemistry midterm for. ^^;
