Armored Core: The Final Push (Paused)

"All you have to do is drop me off, and you've helped! That's it!"  

[Zahzi]

"We're here..." Jarid said, lowering the Commander to drop the Hellspawn off.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Great. Now then." Alex sighed, opening up the cockpit, getting ready to jump out.  

[Zahzi]

The Commander remained where it was..  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Once low enough, Kelly then began hopping down the Hellspawn until finally reaching the ground. From there, she ran through the house, searching for her father.  

[Zahzi]

...Who was curled up next to the terminal, in the fetal position, whimpering...  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Daddy!" Alex cried out, dropping down on her knees and sliding the rest of the way towards Irish, hunching over him.
"Daddy! What's wrong? Did someone attack you?!"  

[Zahzi]

"You got hit with a nuclear bomb, then were attacked by a psychopath...."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"I didn't get hit. It just went off as I got close. The psycho..? Yeah... I can't deny that." Alex sighed, grabbing Irish by his shoulders and pulling him up.

"But I'm okay now."  

[Zahzi]

"......Just a figment of my imagination...."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"No. I'm really here. I swear. I brought Jarid with me too."  

[Zahzi]

"I'm so lonely now..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

A dark idea then popped into Kelly's head.

"Well~" She cooed. "Since you think I'm dead~" She continued, reaching into his coat, for his Bible. "I guess I can just take this a burn it. Because I'm not real~"  

[Zahzi]

Irish remained where he was...

Kelly then grabbed onto the Bible and slowly pulled it out, waving it in front of Irish's face.
"I have the Bible~ And I'm gonna drink the stash inside of it, then burn the book~"
