Lena stayed silent, staring at Hiro with a neutral expression. Part of her was still happy from Nikolai's proposal, part of her was still POed at Yumaki, and part of her was sad to see Hiro like this. It was like he didn't care about anything anymore.

"Huh? You... Don't remember me?" Dragon blinked at Hiro and frowned a little while rubbing Dog's back.

he looked at Lena. "you ok there? your awfully quiet over there." he said and put an arm around her

I cant remember everything

Hiro looked at Dragon. "Nope, should I?" He asked, in truth , this is what Hiro was always supposed to be like, no emotion.

But thats for the best.

"Huh?" Lena blinked and snapped out of her daze. "Oh, yeah... I'm fine." she murmured and smiled softly at him.

"Well, sorta.... I mean, you really don't remember talking to me a while ago?" Dragon rubbed the back of his head awkwardly.

I cant remember everything

Hiro shrugged to Dragon then stretched abit, then looked at Yumaki. "What was the next part of the plan?" He asked.

But thats for the best.

Yumaki laughed. "I'll tell ya later, for now, have fun, see a movie, go get dinner, hit on some girl, I really dont care." He said and dissapeared in black crows feathers.

"you seem a little out of it." Nikolai said to Lena. "a little phazed out by his brainwashing eh?" he smiled and kissed her forehead

"It's just... not right..." Lena muttered and rested her head on Nikolai's shoulder.

he sighed and held her hands. "it will work out. maybe he will remember again. but for now....you have me, and Dragon again"

I cant remember everything

Hiro looked at them. "Y'know, talking like that right in front of me is kinda rude." He said and rubbed the back of his head.

But thats for the best.

Lena smiled at Nikolai then reverted back to her silent, neutral self when Hiro talked to them. There were so many things she wanted to say, but she just couldn't bring herself to open her mouth.

"sorry, but with your mind half gone there is not much to be said..." Nikolai explained

Hiro sighed. "well, brother told me to have fun..." Hiro facepalmed. "I dont know what to do." he grumbled, in a way, he could be like the old Hiro, but never exactly the same.

But thats for the best.

he looked around. "uhh....there is a....beach? why not take a dip in some salt water?"

He shook his head. "might just sleep or look for a fight." He said boredly. "me and salt water downt work out so well." He replied.

Lena considered asking him to hang out with them and become friends again, but everytime she thought about that or something like it she'd remember him telling her to leave her alone and the speech that followed it. "Why don't we just go?" she muttered to Nikolai, Dragon, and Angelus. "So we can leave him alone like he wanted." she whispered with a hint of sadness in her voice.
