Amelia met his eyes his with no indication of backing down, appearing to all the world a total lack of self-preservation skills. “My criticism is information Adrian. How exactly am I supposed to propose a plan when you won’t share any information with me? I have no idea what resources your rebellion has at its disposal. I criticize to try to make sure nothing has been over looked, that a whole bunch of people aren’t going to die in vain. And maybe you don’t want to put to a vote because you know you are the only one who wants me dead. Maybe you are worried they can see how unfairly you’ve prosecuted me from day one. How you would rather blame me for everything that has gone wrong instead of using my skills and knowledge to your advantage.” she challenged. She turned from him, and walked to the front door without meeting any of the others eyes. She paused holding while hold the door open to look back at Adrian. Time to throw in the suggestion to treason and give Adrian a reason to send the others after her. “But don’t worry Adrian, I have a backup plan for when your virus fails and you get everyone killed.” She slammed the door behind her and stalked down the street, just in case any of them looked out the window.

After she rounded the corner, Amelia started to run. He was supposed to give her a five minute head start, but she needed every second. They were giving up her house, and while she would lose most of her projects in the process there were a few she wanted to desperately save and a few others she wanted to make sure Sybil didn’t get its hands on. When Will and the others caught up to her, they would find her in the basement of the house alternating between throwing things in an incinerator, smashing equipment and shoving things into a bag. Though the others didn’t know, she hadn’t been particularly careful to stay out of Sybil’s sight on the way over and with the house unsecured and all the noise she was making it wouldn’t be long before Sybil was listening to them, deciding what to do, if it wasn’t already.

"You never asked about what we could do, you just told us what we couldn't." Adrian's words would not be heard by her because they were only spoken after she had left. He had to admit one thing, she had certainly given him reason to send others after her. He burned the time she had given him by getting everyone who wasn't in the transport team mobile and out of the house. It was not until it had been entirely evacuated that Adrian sent Mason, John, and Will to find Amelia. Once they were gone he moved out towards the temporary base that had been set up using tents and tarps near the warehouse entrance to the Hangar. He had a battle to plan. When Will and the others arrived at Amelia's house Will spoke first. "You mentioned a backup plan. What is it?"

“What does it matter Will?” Amelia asked exasperated. “Adrian will never listen to me. He’s too obsessed with finishing his father’s plan and blaming me for everything that goes wrong.“ She threw a couple of hard drives into the incinerator. Destroying things was oddly therapeutic. “He has called me a traitor, and threatened to shoot me, only to demand I stay there to finish his program. Now he wants to move it from Fox Heaven, as if Sybil isn’t patrolling everywhere looking for unscheduled vehicles. If Sybil gets it hands on it, we’ll be locked out of its machines instead of us locking it out of ours.” She gave a frustrated sigh and ran a hand threw her hair. On the way over she decided giving the full address would be way to suspicious, but knowing what neighbourhood to watch and that they were moving it in a vehicle should be enough for Sybil to find them. “If you keep following him, he is going to get you all killed. Even if you somehow manage to pull off killing Sybil, there won’t be enough of you left to deal with the after math. Humanity will descend into chaos.”

"I trust Adrian, I trust that the virus will keep Sybil out of our machines. He has always delivered on his promises, something you haven't done. I asked you not to fight with him, a simple request not to engage but you couldn't resist." Will countered. There was a slight hint in what he was saying, something Amelia could catch if she was paying close enough attention. Mason and John remained at the entrance o the building acting more as lookouts than anything else. Will was the only one really speaking. So he stepped closer to her and tapped the custom made holster on his belt that held his sawed-off shotgun. "He sent us here to ensure you didn't speak with Sybil, he sent us here to ensure your silence. So if you have anything to contribute, if you can propose a better way than his, now is the time to do it."

“I am sorry Will, I really am, but I couldn’t just stand by and watch while he marched you all off to your deaths.” Amelia looked away from Will and walked over to the bag she had been stuffing with various things. “So that’s it then? Adrian couldn’t shoot me, so he sent you to do it for him? What? I tell you my idea and then you kill me anyway?” Suddenly a drone broke through the window at the far side of the room. Model X374 non-lethal, used primarily for monitoring though it did carry a nasty taser, which it promptly fired at Will. Amelia grabbed her bag off the table and ducked behind it. Good old predictable Sybil wasn’t about to let it’s best asset get shot. Not now that she was fighting with the resistance.

The window breaking was the only signal Will needed to get out of the way. He dove to the left as the taser shot past him and hit the floor where he had been standing. "Go through with the plan! Get back to the base! I'll deal with Amelia!" Will shouted to Mason and John who had opened fire of the drone. They didn't check to see if they had hit it before they ran from the room and down the street. They only needed to make it back to the transport van. By now the base would have been cleared out, Adrian would be at the tent overlooking the Hangar and the van with the virus would be ready to move. Mason and John would try to draw Sybil's attention through gunfire and explosions while Will followed his orders. He slid across the room to the table Amelia was hiding behind and shoved her slightly to keep her attention on him and not the possibly lurking drone. "Is there another exit in the building?"

Sparks flew as a few of Mason and John’s shots hit the drone, momentarily knocking it off center, but the bullets failed to hit the propulsion system. This models weak spot. At Wills shove her eyes shifted from the underside of the table to Will. Sybil would still be listening with the drone still active in the room so she nodded her head slightly to the back wall. “I’ll tell you if you promise not to kill me.” Amelia said out loud. They would have to move fast. Already the drone was positioning itself for its second shot.

"No promises. Just move." Will whispered before rolling out from under the table into the path of the drone. During his roll he unholstered his sawed off and fired at the drone. He had to destroy it first. They could not be followed that was absolutely necessary for success. The drone had to go first. He had an assignment to complete and within an hour the raid on the Hangar would begin. He wouldn't be there for it, neither would Amelia. Will had very different instructions than the other rebels.

Amelia took a deep breath and scrambled out from underneath the table. Turing her back to Will and the drone wasn’t exactly high on the list of things she wanted to do, but she did it anyway, swinging the bag on her back as she ran for the back wall. Gun shots rang out and she ducked slightly, but kept moving. Once at the wall she pressed her hand against one of the bricks. A soft beep acknowledged her hand print and a second of the wall swung outwards, a secret door out of the building.

Sparks flew as the spray of the shot gun hit the drone. Smoke rose from it as it struggled to remain airborne and fired its second shot. Then it fell, a metallic ringing sound as it struck the concrete floor.

Will had not expected it to get the second shot off and as a result did not move out of the way. He had begun to turn though and so it hit his shoulder instead of his center mass. The pain was hard to describe. It burned and caused his entire body to clench up. It couldn't have lasted more than five or six seconds but it felt like an eternity to him. When the pain ended Will had a splitting headache and pain that was coming from behind his eyes. A burning pain remained in his shoulder but he overcame it. He had dropped his shotgun but managed to stay on his feet. A few more seconds passed where the numbness and burning sensation restricted Will's movements and then he finally regained control of his body. He bent over to pick up the shotgun and followed Amelia out of the building. "We need to find another building or a alleyway we can wait in."

“I thought….never mind. Follow me.” Amelia gave him a slightly concerned looked, but then headed down the street. The machines would be on their way so there wasn’t time to be worried about the shot Will had taken. She led him a few blocks over to a relatively nice house. “Do you know how to pick locks?” In retrospect she should have asked that earlier. Other than the rebellion there was virtually no crime under Sybils rule, but mechanical locks made the people feel safer. “No one will be home.”

Will followed in silence. He could brief her about his assignment later when they were certain they would be safe. the city seemed quiet right now which wasn't unusual. Whenever Sybil suspected something it sent the people out or to a single location. What was the point in being a tyrannical ruler if you had no one to rule after all. That was and would always be the biggest signal as to whether or not Sybil was onto them. Fortunately this time, it meant everything was going to plan. When the reached the house and Amelia asked if Will knew how to pick locks he nodded and not a moment later he kicked the door in, almost knocking it off it's hinges. "Oh look, lock has been picked."

“I guess that is one way to do it…” Amelia commented, hoping Sybil wouldn’t notice the broken door, though she chose to keep that thought to herself. The machines would be looking for them, but hopefully it wouldn’t be looking for them for long. Hopefully it would fall for their trap and soon have bigger problems to worry about. The inside of the house was all metal and glass, with expensive looking art work on the walls. Someone wealthy had lived here, which meant someone high up in the Sybil ranks, but a layer of dust covered everything. No one had lived here for a while. Amelia stepped through the threshold almost tentatively, even though they really didn’t have time for such things, her eyes slowly searching the place before turning to Will. “I thought we were supposed to meet up with everyone again?”

Once Amelia had gone in Will followed into the expensive looking house. He set the door in the frame to make it look as undamaged as possible before returning his attention to Amelia. "No, Adrian made a judgement call. He wanted you away from the Hangar when we attacked it. Figured that if Sybil spotted you, it would know something was up and not install the virus. We are to wait here until we hear from Adrian. Then we will meet up with them for the attack on the Tower." Will pulled a radio off the back of his belt and set it on the counter. It was old world. Tech from a time before Sybil, nothing was more secure. Adrian was the only other person who had one and he only gave out the twin when assigning someone to a mission Sybil could not know about. Perhaps he had become to relaxed in handing it out though. Will and Amelia would really just be sitting around until the first attack was done. "This is how he will contact us. We will move towards the tower at his order. Until then, find a spot to sit because we will just be waiting."

“If it fell for it in the first place.” Amelia commented quietly. “Do you think it was convinced?” It was a critique of her own skill rather than Adrian’s plan. He had fooled Sybil before, but it was her trying to do the fooling this time, even if it was his plan. She couldn’t help but feel like she might have inadvertently done something to tip Sybil off. Had she seemed angry enough? She’d been angry at the time, but now that it was over and she had time to reflect fear washed over her. She decided to try and change the subject. “Did he say why he wanted me at the Tower?”
